In a game called decent 3, there was a gun that was a second to the vulcan. It was like a sniper precision rpg, cut through lesser bots like paper. Also from the same game: black shark missile, mini black hole, it was awesome.

The dart gun in Timesplitters 3. No damage, but in about ~30 seconds the target swells up to the point of 'sploding. (S)he does quite a lot of splash damage, so if you're hit (you can tell by your vision distorting) you can still take out quite a few opponents.
