In a small dharock crypt, imagine 50 players fighting 50 dharocks. it's going to cause massive lag and can turn out to be very risky. Expect alot of looters at Dharock's tomb. In tombs where people prefer not to pray, it will be very hard to see if you're taking damage or not due to lots of people on a square. Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
