I think alot of people are unfair to brands just because of some people who wear them.

It depends totally on the person themselves on what they wear. Personally i have an outfit for everything. I have an extra room for my clothes, shoes, make-up ect ect, yet i never follow any trends at school. I wear what i want to wear. There are lots of girls in my school who if they see something on a "popular" person then they automatically go out and get that top or whatever. Short skirts do look nice though but really really short skirts (the ones where belts are longer) are terrible.

 

 

 

Some of the fashion that goes round my school is utterly terrible. People will wear anything that looks good on anyone else but looks terrible on themselves.

 

 

 

A girl who wears short skirts to impress boys are either so desperate to get a boyfriendt they will walk round half naked or thinks so highly of themselves they want to show their bum to the rest of the world. I wear short skirts no denying that but i wear them mainly in the summer when it is far to hot for a long skirt or trousers but even then the skirt is normally 6 inches or so above my knee,(I wouldn't call that short compared to what i have seen some people wearing)

 

Heh yeah, my shoes had at least four holes in each of them :lol: .

I usually skate in all my shoes, I have about a 4 inch gash in the left front corner of my left shoe after about 2 months. :wall: I have to get a new pair of shoes a lot, and they cost about $60!

I don't think short skirts are attractive at all... Although I must admit it did work one three girls on Halloween... And showing boxers... Blech... I'm not like totally against it but It's not the most attractive thing in the world...

As for myself, I tend to stay with jeans/shorts, with whatever T-shirt is on the top of my drawer. Also, usually my UVA or high school track sweatshirt.

I get my clothes from places like urban outfitters. I really don't care what ppl dress like as long as they pull off what there wearing.

I'm neutral with fashion. The disliked pieces of fashion glare at me from the shop windows, and I glare back.

I just find it sad to see all those 13-ish yrs old girls who wear fashion only for the sake of it.

Oh and boxers are pretty much the "cool" for guys. Although it can give you a wedgy or even hurt certain areas if it gets pulled up too much by your pants. But they feel cool...literally and they look cool.

I'll afmit, I wear clothes that are a *BIT* too big. Nothing to the point of having my shirt to my knees and my pants showing my [wagon]. but my shirt sleeves cover my elbows, and my pants are a little baggy. I wear my clothes like that not 'cause they're trendy, but because they're comfortable.

I like to play with suit jackets and button up shirts with funky ties. And occasionally a sweater vest. Sometimes I'll mix something funky into there like my destroyed tuxedo or a bow tie.

I don't like wearing my pants like some people wear them (below the crotch), I have the waist were the waist is suppose to be and I normally just wear black clothes, not because it links to my personality or any junk theories like that but because I'm partially colorblind, and I'm always cold so black keeps the heat.

Personally, I think that fashion is a waste of time. I mean I can see wearing a shirt with your favorite team or band on it, but brand-name clothes annoy me. What is the point of wearing a shirt with the brand right on the front. All you are doing is advertising for a company. What is the point? Do you just say that I'm rich enough shop here or what?

-pleated khaki pants, no cargo, no pockets in front, no brads; must have belt loops

 

-black/brown belt, no brads or any metal on it at all

 

-lanyard school provides, student ID attached and must wear all the time

 

-shoes with no Spongebob laces or red or blue (Gang related. wth)

 

-nothing on heads or arms allowed

 

-no colored hair

 

-no wallet chains

 

-no hoodies

 

-no sweaters

 

-no half jackets

 

-can't zip up jackets

 

-only white undershirt

 

 

 

And a lot more bull....

Everyone, even you, follows the fashion of the time. Some more than others, but if your clothes look "normal" around everyone else, then you're conforming to fashion.

Anyways, what I wear...

 

 

 

Winter/fall - Usually some semi-tight jeans, I don't like baggy, but the kind I wear aren't restricting me from lifting my leg higher than haalf a foot lol. I wear band T-shirts, like Aerosmith, Jimi Hendrix stuff. Shoes for me are usually just whatever are comfortable.

 

 

 

Summer - Read above, except cacky shorts/jean shots and sandals lol.

I heard some kids say something like that but I didn't know you could sue.

 

 

 

The school's been sued before because they wouldn't segregate (few years ago) and they got sued this year because they wouldn't let us wear black armbands that were a symbol of protest against the uniform policy. Thirty kids get OSS then the school gets slammed with suits.
