First, freeplayers will ALLWAYS get 1 update every year, it's not IF, you can be sure, trust me. Second, my opinion :

 

 

 

-A new quest: No, I don't want this, it would be the last thing i want. After you finish the quest there's nothing else to do...

 

 

 

-A new skill: This is what i want, as it's the thing that lasts for longer and more interesting.

 

 

 

-A new area: Depens on wat Jagex will put in this new area

 

 

 

-A new set of armor: Yes, if it's better than rune.

 

 

 

-Bank space: I don't really need it, because even in my lvl 67 main with 766 total i only use half of the bank space and it's not because i'm poor, i got alot of expensive stuff, i got 250k, full dhide, full rune t, thousands of runes and arrows... you get the thing, i worked alot before getting so rich for a freeplayer... But i can tell you, if you get rid of all your useless stuff, you will only need half of the bank space, or maybe a bit more. So i say no to bank space.

 

 

 

-A new mini game: Interesting, if not the new skill then i'd go for the mini game.

I would like to see an P2P Teaser Week where F2P goes P2P for 1 week. All F2P players would become P2P for the week and could do everything and get everything that a P2P can do. When the week is over, you will lose all P2P items you got and lose all the P2P skills you gained. If not for 1 Week then maybe for a P2P Teaser Weekend anyhow. Maybe this could be better limited during this time by allowing access to P2P servers and then when you log into a F2P server, the items are removed and you have exactly the same items and gold you had the last time you were on a F2P server.

 

 

 

I know this might cause some people thinking of flaws in this or the ability to make it happen or some to just think it's just plain stupid. I don't know but I think it would be cool and might increase P2P membership as a result. Additionally I would say that when you are allowed to login to a P2P server, the game will know you are F2P and shut down your trade or drop capability so you can't obtain items and have a P2P buddy transfer them to you later. The only option you will have is destroy.

Well, bank space, chaos crafting, new skill to p2p players but part of it to f2p (like rc), new mage armours, minigame ?

 

One or two of those, not all.

I would like bank space like 99.99% of everyone else(lol). I am a collector so I like space.

 

Plus the party system for both f2p and p2p like in my sig. :D

id absolutly love to fantasize that we are getting a new skill, or a new full set of armor...but in reality that will never happen. the Stronghold was probly the best f2p update in years. unfortunatly i think the crappy ditch is the f2p update of the year...i just hope we get another decent update soon to prove me wrong

In 2005 F2P's got the Maple Bows, Addy Arrows and Green D'hide if I'm not mistaken? Or was that 2004? 2005 right?

Homever there is one thing that won't happen:

 

Achievement capes, they're the 2nd best in game, no way they will be available for f2p.

 

 

 

Also, green dragon hide was available for f2p long before adamantite arrows / maple bows. Just to clarify.

I have no idea what we'll get, but if I was to request an update, it would be either more bank space or an increase of available magic spells (snare, enchant rings).

 

 

 

edit: Or an official top f2p high scores list, listing top 500 or so.

I would definately agree with a master quest, I think it's time f2p gets another quest that's actually on the level of difficulty of dragon slayer. I'm not exactly sure what the 05 update was(not to be off topic), but I think the 06 one was the stronghold of security. Not only did it inform f2pers and p2pers to keep their account safe, but it also gave them a nice amount of cash and loads of awesome monsters for really great exp(f2p that is).

More bank space is maybe a bad idea, lots of banks, lots of accounts.. lots of data.

I think that you will probably get a new quest. Seems Jagex has been getting many new writers, with all the new quests coming out for members. It's not even a very high memory requiring update.

I remember slaying goblins for a long time to get gold for a new bronze scimitar. I don't know how many newbs bother doing things like that anymore at all.

 

I fished anchovies. ANCHOVIES. To afford a steel scimitar. My friend and I were playing and we stumbled across an uncut gem and 1k. \

 

 

 

On topic- I would enjoy some better ranging (and maging I guess) amour. Warriors get all the way up to the "second" best of the standard armours but rangers only only get up green d'hide.
