atronic92
"Dub", when used to mean $20. I know this really stupid person who likes to bet people money that he can beat them in 1 on 1 basketball. He mostly loses. He thinks that he is cool because he wears jeans that supposedly cost $900 but really were "marked down" to $50, which is still ridiculously expensive in my opinion. Whenever he or one of his friends says "Bet dub" it means that they are offering to bet you $20 on something which means that it is a very serious matter indeed. Once my brother said "bet dub" as a joke to him and his friends and they immediately all hushed and spoke in whispers to each other. It is just really annoying when people say "Bet dub." johnnyboy269
i detest the word ironic...actually it's with the ignoranace that people misuse the word that really bugs me. Irony is an intention or attitude opposite to that which is actually or stated; it is NOT when something is a coincidence!! :wall:

CubeMage128
I can't stand when swear words are used in excess. I don't particularly care for them anyway, but I don't mind hearing them every once in a while. When every other sentence contains profanity, my brain just starts to melt. How2PK
For some reason I can't stand the word "Like", when it's used as "He's like so amazing" and so. I know I do it myself as well, but it's especially annoying when you hear it spoken by those American teenagers. Huu. Ghost-Knigth
When people say "lol" just to answer something. Totally lame. They don't seem to understand what it stands for. Sumpta
All kinds of derogatory words used for females. I'm sure I don't have to explain further on that one... Or condescending words used for females. I really hate it when people you don't know call you "honey" or "darling" or stuff like that. Ugh. (Although, I have to admit, I do it myself sometimes to annoy the hell out of people.) The worst has to be the Flemish "juffrouwke" or "madammeke"- they translate roughly into "little missus". Typically, older men will use it to talk down to you in fake politeness. Lovelydude
Smeg. Sorry Bubsa. My god it irritates me horribly. My sister saw one episode of Red Dwarf and now she considers herself a fan of the show (moreso then me) and uses the word constantly. I get called smeghead about thirty times a day. Trust me kid, you don't sound any cooler with that filth coming out of your mouth. I'm a married mother that plays RuneScape. Got a problem with that?
