Hey, I'm back after my unofficial break! And I'm back with new goals, 99 Attack and 99 Defence :D

I'm going to gain my levels evenly, so that I get both 99's at about the same time (Get one attack level, get a defence level, ect.). Trust me, the party's for these will be huge as they'll be my first ever 99's

 

 

 

Note: All these numbers or points that I need are approximate, and are not exact! So they could be either more or less, and are based on me doing 85 damage each game. Some games I do more (about 150-200) and some games I barely get 50

Day 1 (6/11/07):

 

Started my goal today, was very successful kind off :lol: I started around 6pm EST and and ending at 9:20pm EST (After I get a few more points) Getting around 55-60 points! I probably played around 90 minutes today. Got 85 Attack and 104 Combat! 75 Points away from 100 and 86 Attack :D

 

 

 

I think Bballchamp23 is tired, towards the last few games he hasn't hit very much :lol:

GL with your 99s. I personally dislike PC simply because good worlds don't last long, they quite quickly get full up with n00bs :evil:

 

 

 

I prefer to lvl up the old fashioned way, at least then you get slayer xp as well :)

Your all morons, and either upset becuase PC is to boring for you to play or becuase you just want to seem like a rebel and feel like others think your cool, due to the fact you dissagree with a good form of gaining xp. Any 99 is one to be proud of. Get a lvl 99 stat at PC and tell me you do not feel accomplished... yeh I didn't think so.

Saying PC is dumb because its fast, "cheap" experience is like saying, making Sara Brews at lvl 82 herby is "cheap" because its the fastest xp or that fletching mage longs for 99 fletching is dumb and a cheap way to level. How about all those cutting willows for 99 woodcutting, is that a cheap way to get 99 WC?? I guess since they are able to cut yews or magic trees they should do that...

Best of luck on getting both 99 attack and defence. I might head for 99 defence myself one of these days. Have fun with PC and I hope you don't get bored of it after only 100 points like I do. :thumbsup:

 

 

 

I'm in agreeance with ultimatballr. People need to stop trying to create that false sense of nostalgia that was pre-PC. It's not working and you make yourself look foolish. Conform to the masses! Stop trying to be a rebel. Like honestly. You're playing a fantasy game who are you really trying to impress with the anti-PC banter? It isn't working. Pre-PC was little different then what it is now. It simply was another way to hook some new players into the game and to extend current players options for training. If you like the "god ole days" go play Runescape Classic.

Good luck on your goals. I would get your Strength up a bit though, around 85 would do you some good.

Hehe, I like that, it's truthful though as they call people who use pc for the fastest exp when using willows and "power cutting" them is just another example of the fastest way, but no one calls them "willow noobs".

Sorry if I have my own opinion...I guess next time I'll know to keep my mouth shut when the great 'Ultimatballr' is in the house, because 'obviously' what he thinks is more important then what other people think. :roll:

 

 

 

Let me ask you, how in the HELL can you compare Herblore to PC? In Herblore, no matter what potion you make, you still train it slowly and painfully. In PC, sure, the exp is great, but it makes combat WAY too easy to train. I don't mind the Portal killing and the monster killing in it, but the free exp? You can get like 100k+ free exp in two hours on a good PC world. What happened to the good-old fashioned way of training Combat? I mean, I'll admit, it's a great team-based game. I just don't agree with the awards.

 

 

 

And what the heck was with the woodcutting comment? Did I complain about woodcutters cutting Willows? No, I didn't and I don't. Hell, if you want to level Woodcutting by Normal trees, go ahead. You obviously cannot compare things with your meager intelligence, since everything that you 'compare' has nothing to do with each other.

 

 

 

I didn't call him a noob, I simply meant that people who PC are too lazy to train it the old fashioned way. If he wants to train it that way, then he can go ahead, who's stopping him? Maybe if you took the time to read my whole post, you would've seen that I wished him good luck, and I do wish him good luck. I hope he finishes his goals. It'd be cool to have 99 Attack and Defence.

Good luck on those 2 99's. Though why do it by PC and not Slayer? 'Cause if you do it by Slayer, you not only train another skill (and raise your Total level), but you can get some nice drops. :) And what about Strength?

@ all the PC haters: Most of the people who pest control seriously are at least 110+ and had to earn their levels by methods that the great Halo2_Rocks7 deems appopriate.
