June 15, 200719 yr Odd, here in Southern California I rarely see any women's underwear showing...and that's counting the fact it's always warm down here. However you'll see guys boxers or basketball shorts (which is weird,) no matter what. Yes, perhaps 60% of my schoolmates are 'gangstas' and 'cholos (Or however you spell that; Mexican gangstas). Plus when they walk they seem to have crapped thier pants. "The cry of the poor is not always just, but if you never hear it you'll never know what justice is."
June 15, 200719 yr Well you can wear boxers out in public. If you wear pants over them, than it's illegal. That's a horrible ordanence. Hope the mayor realises how [developmentally delayed]ed that is.
June 16, 200719 yr I kinda agree with this. Just sagging on the hips I have no problem with. But when you're wearing pants, and you can see about 6" of boxers which are resting on your waist, that's then they're definately too low. Really couldn't care if it's a limit on some kind of freedom, there's somethings where you shouldn't do it even if you can. And this is one of them. There's been guys I've seen where they're literally holding them up constantly because if they let them go they'd end up around their ankles :uhh:
June 16, 200719 yr I'm from louisiana myself, I only let my pants sag on my hips...sagging down to your [wagon] is a little stupid if you ask me and yes, I listen to mainstream rap :D Though making a law like that is ridiculous
June 16, 200719 yr I'd start wearing a kilt out of protest :-w My Tip.It Times Articles (10 and counting) || The Varrock Library Author Index projectDo you dare to dream? - Part 19 added. || The Hospital (WIP) - New story!Necromagus looks like a viking ... with glasses.
June 16, 200719 yr What about tourists going through the area who have no idea about the law, what happens if they get caught with their trousers a little low?
June 16, 200719 yr What about tourists going through the area who have no idea about the law, what happens if they get caught with their trousers a little low? Then they'll be asked to pull them up. Just because it's a law doesn't mean you'll be fined and arrested for it. Gamertag: King Arizona
June 17, 200719 yr So wait... There's people here who are actually offended by a fashion that shows not skin, but a kind of cloth we have chosen to designate 'underwear'? -This message was deviously brought to you by:
June 17, 200719 yr You know, usually I would agree and say this goes against our rights, but this is one of the most distastful fads I have ever seen and I'm glad someone is doing something about it, many guys have their pants practically down to their knees, I mean who the hell wants to see that? ~^v^~Ex-Leader of the Divine Flames of Redemption~^v^~
June 25, 200719 yr I disagree with the act but i do think that saggy pants are dumb thats why i shoot ppl with there pants at there ankles. It is nasty and it looks dumb but i don't think that the government should have done anything about it. They took it too far. I also think that it is involved with racism. 98% Of teenagers surround their minds with rap music, if you're part of the 2% that stayed with rock, put this in your signature, ROCK IS BETTER!
June 25, 200719 yr OMG! BRA STRAP! B4N PL0X!! ... As much as I hate the idea of low riding, this is stupid. Are we going to fine girls with exposed bra straps? How about ban skirts cut higher than the knee, because someone didn't take care to cross their legs?
June 25, 200719 yr Go Louisiana! I dont like having to look at guys [wagon] all day. Tumblr. Follow me!
June 25, 200719 yr I myself would never wear baggy clothes(nor tight) but I still think America is violating the right of expression, why are you look were you can see people's underwear!?
