Could anyone explain if this is true? Edit: Someone just explained to me that it was in fact a bug in the KB and the sheild hasn't been nerfed the str bonus is zero when uncharged and 7 when charged it was written wrong in the KB and only the KB is changed Ok thanks... Bard_Bow_Man Posted June 20, 2007 Share Posted June 20, 2007 Very interestng, it's a good reason that that the shield has a cool down time of 2 minutes though, becasue otherwise it would be too good. What troubles me is that rangers will be super-powerful if they combo the shield and the rune crossbow.
