How competitive are you?

Featured Replies

How competitive of a Runescape player are you??

Do you constantly look at your friends highscores?

Do you compare yourself with your friends scores?

Do you engage in skilling races?

Would you stick with one skill for months to win a race?

Would you be upset if one of your friends beat your best skill?

Are you always asking your friends what they are up to?

Are you constantly setting goals for yourself?

Please share your thoughts. If none of the criteria above apply to you, please share why you are competitive.

I do NONE of thse, however, i will get VERy competetive if somebody insults me at castlewars, or beats me in an unfair manner, but thinks theier just plain better than me. Most of my friends will agree, that i take some things too personally ::'

Do you constantly look at your friends highscores? [sometimes]

Do you compare yourself with your friends scores? [but.. of course]

Do you engage in skilling races? [I know I'll lose... the only times I ever do it is when there's a good chance I'll win!]

Would you stick with one skill for months to win a race? [hell no]

Would you be upset if one of your friends beat your best skill? [most of my friends are better than me... no wait.. best skill... not really.. I'll just raise mine up higher!]

Are you always asking your friends what they are up to? [yea... i don't know what else to say!]

Are you constantly setting goals for yourself? [current runescape goal: have the most fun possible, while irritating the most people.]

as you can see.. I'm not the most competitive person out there...

Check out my site and see why...

no wait. my site doesnt deal with why I'm not competitive...

nope to all i pk for fun i play cw for the sport of running for your life and i pc cause i want to level my points there is no need to get competive

I am competitive to a certain extent, just not to the point where i become filled with anger because people are better than me. I use that as motivation to achieve the goals I had planned.

I have absolutely no reason to race another one of my friends if I'm only meant to be having fun while playing. I'll get it in my own time, they'll get it either at their own pace or probably four times normal human speed.

Short answer: By your criteria, I am not a competitive person.

ROFL, my clan does that :S

Just with one of my friends. Not lately because I have more important things on my mind.

Quit RuneScape :)

I have literally 4 people on my friends list. It appears that I am not competitive, since I am the lowest level.

Runescape veteran. Originally adventurer (and mage on other account), now pker.

hmmm.. you can add me if u want

I love it when they do that, because whenever i see a clan at cw, i call all of my friends from my ex-clan and other clans i know, and end up MAKING the clan leave after the second game \'

Same here, if somebody thinks they "owned" me, i go back and show them the real meaning of the word.

I do actually think i'm quite a competitive person, and I definately would be angry if my friends beat my best skill. So I do try to stay on top of the competition.

skyrim_by_katri_n-d3hewko.png

I had one or two real life friends who I was constantely comparing my stats with. Another form was my clan, which I used to try to be number 1 on the highscore list on one skill.

I'd rather not race people who I don't know well, because I don't know their playing habits and it could end up in long days.

signature4s.jpg

how can i put this?

if you beat me i will try again until i beat you.

if i beat you then i will go again until you can't take more.

if someone else beats you after you beat me i will beat him.

i will never stop!

i love winning <3:
