Although I wanted something different for the actual minigame and the emote reward, the hood should go well with Priest and Shade robes, now to find a set of some....

I agree with Mayjest. It ruins the surprise a bit. I was happier logging on and following everyone around in a craze doing the event. Now that I know what's coming up, it spoilt it a bit.

... Bet you this is just a recolored ahrims hood?

I am a little disappointed at this. Seeming we know or can make educated guesses at what content will be released each month, it was always nice to have a surprise holiday event.

In terms of longterm game development, this is an awful result.

 

 

 

Creating an entire house to host this event is going to take a lot of development time. This is time I would prefer they spent on permanent updates, not something that's only going to last a couple of weeks. :(

Why don't JaGex just give us a chioce on what we wanted? \ Then, they'll be all. "BUT I IS WANTINGS THE OTHER THING SIRS."

I liked the item being a surprise :? I also think that the grim reaper hood is a stupid idea.

The idea of riding around Runescape on a broom seemed kinda' neat to me. I'm rather disappointed with the results.

I would rather they didn't tell us what the event is going to be as well as the reward, but meh, I like the sound of it. However, the reward IMO is very noobish. The emote and the hood, like wtf....

I can't wait They will probally do this with every holiday event due to people complaining about the reward. I personally think it's a good idea, their listening to the players and giving them what they want. However, it does take away the suprise, maybe they will have the broom next year :wink:

+1 the only one of those i voted for was the event. A grim reaper hood is going to be stupid seen as how its ONLY A HOOD. The emote will be ok i guess although the consence on each soldier owned the zombie hand
