July 4, 200719 yr The hastae have almost the same stats as normal spears, at a sacrafice of some defence points. Even though they are generally like 2-handed spears in one hand, they are still not that great. They do look good though. No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.

July 4, 200719 yr The use for a hasta seems pretty obvious to me... sacrifice your defense, and wield it together with a rune defender to get you these offensive stats: +56 +55 +54 -3 -2 || +10 +9 +9 -3 -12 || +47 +0 Combine that with some other good and low level armor like Penance Torso, some RFD gloves, rune boots and the like... And you can have yourself at a very low level, some relativly accurate and powerfull weapons... That poison too! I am hoping and praying that that happens, and if it does, I will drop everything and finish the barbarian training. The potential that has is just amazing. But we all know it won't happen.
