August 5, 200718 yr This took a while to make, so at least post!!! Just a thing I was thinking of. I was on the main page where they have the F2P poll. I wanted to vote in it, so I made a new character and typed in the name. It said I needed to have played at least 12 hours to vote in the poll. This got me thinking. I would like to know how long my Character has been online and what was the day I started. I know it was when I was in 7th grade, but I'd like to know the date. I think it'd be cool to see how long our character have been on in game, like how many days, hours, minutes, and seconds we have been online. August 5, 200718 yr I dont think its really needed, its such a novelty update that i doubt jagex would put it in unless it has some real point to it. I'd like to know how old my account is to the day but its not the sort of thing many people would want to know/care about.

August 5, 200718 yr JAGeX already keeps track of this in their database. In fact, JAGeX moderators can just look up your account and see how long you have been playing. This helps JAGeX sniff out macroers.

If you try to vote with a free player account that had been just created, they'd tell you that you haven't been online for more than 12 hour and therefore cannot vote.
August 6, 200718 yr well thers a bug in that 12 hour system because i definitly played for more than 12 hours and it said that i didnt play long enough! How does 20 minutes turn into 2.5 hours? Was your math perhaps magical math?
August 6, 200718 yr I've been longing for something like this ever since I read about those banned characters on the news page. Because of my rather modest levels, most people never believe me when they ask how long I've been playing - I'd love a way to shut them all up for good. But more than anything, *I'm* just curious how long exactly I've been playing. I can never remember when exactly I started for sure...

The next or two after they posted news giving an example of two people they banned. On it was how long they have been playing. So I would say, yes, they do keep a record. August 8, 200718 yr Nice idea, I support, but it shouldnt be through the game, much like logging on to vote in polls or whatever( well thers a bug in that 12 hour system because i definitly played for more than 12 hours and it said that i didnt play long enough! it has said the same hting to me, what i think it is, is that in the last 12 hrs that u have logged on and played at least once) anyway... like when voting in polls you would have to put in your Username, and Password, then would u be aloowed to access that information. That way your the only one who would be able to access it. Also it should be in one of the categories of the main page, ( like maybe sumwhere near where they keep the misc. guide or w.e.)
