Damia is a character in a book by my fave author, Anne McCaffery, used it for my first RS character back in the day (being classic with like 2 servers available). So i added on the -nara when i wanted to create a new character when starting fresh after taking like a 5 year break (and yes i also detest numbers in names).

 

 

 

Actually saw someone by the name of Menolly on RS which is also out of an Anne McCaffery book.

My name 'Sven Bohikus' is an old joke name we used to make about the big swedish (not swedish but descendants of) farmer boys we'd see around the rural areas of Wisconsin when I was a kid. You'd be driving along and see a big hulky blonde guy riding a tractor and you'd say 'Look there goes Sven Bohikus!'

Overall, it forms an acronym for all the best friends I've had, and I deliberately added the "14" because that was the most enjoyable year of my life. I hoped that RuneScape would bring me as much fun as real life had/has, and named myself accordingly.

 

This is why I don't appreciate number-bashers, as they are sometimes quite significant. However, using numbers as letters is never okay. #-o

I aggree, numbers on a username are quite silly (i have a friend of mine who is copying what i do by using the same username everywere....she randomly puts a 1 at the end of it for no reason, its quite stupid)

The numbers in my name are there for a reason that relates to the name itself. I didn't just stick them on there because I couldn't think of anything. I don't think it matters, really. If people want numbers in their names, who cares?
