He just plays RS other then we do... The fact that he has played for 21 months, doesn't make it impossible, yes maybe he does play 7 hours a day (ThatÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâôs not so much -.- ), but so what? He enjoys the game and is very good at it, the fact that jermstarpker doesn't has 1900 total in 3 years, that is his problem, the fact that you don't have 1900 total in I-don't-know-how-much time, your problem. No, you are not bad at the game, Jim plays the game an other way then you do, and his way is obviously better.

Your stats are very possible for 21 month,you could even use that money on skill and get a few 99

Try consider going for 99 slayer, the hawtest cape in my opinion, and do you have a fire cape? And also your ranged level is very low.
