August 21, 200718 yr now i need help lol. i have the 1st or 2nd gen ipod fullsize 20 gig. that one froze up, died. now, i'll plug it into the computer and the computer wont even recognize it. same thing happened iwth a nano i bought 2 months after i bought it. i dont know what to do..i wanna take it to an apple store but i dont wanna pay an arm and a leg.

August 21, 200718 yr Its probably going to happen again if you get your music through an illegal filesharing network. They do have ipod viruses and certain songs with the virus can make your ipod crash. Probably whatever song you were listening to at the time.
