Why is it that we can only make certain tabs and only have 7 locations for the portals?

 

 

 

I would love on for trollhelm so i can use my other magics

I believe there once was a Trollheim Teleport portal, but people would use their Magic Cages to send other people there and get them killed by the thrower trolls.

Correct me if im wrong but there used to be a trollhelm teleportal and a few people would say having drop parties in house then tell everyone to use the portal and meet them there and the trolls would end up killing them or something.

Yup just like telegroup to death plateau for drop party. A HUGE scam killed tons of people.

Well I think they shouldn't have erased it completely a tab would have been nice, I want to use Lunars and Ancients in GWD and i am to lazy for the long walk :)

I agree. They shouldn't have punished everybody. You have no IDEA what hell you have to go through to do clues there on Lunar. That particular clue is singlehandedly why I stopped doing Clue Scrolls while in Slaying mode (i.e. whilst on Lunar.)

Would be cool I guess, I think they should add more portals to places like some of the new city's the Dorgesh-Kaan & Keldagrim.

 

 

 

Nice places but to annoying to get to, if they had teleports they might be a more busy.

I'd like to make tablets for my ancient teleports, I lack the 50 construction for a Kharyll portal. I wonder if it'd be the same sucked-into-ground animation, or the ancient block teleport?

Maybe the blocks would surge over you and drag you into the ground...

There's nothing inherently dangerous about the spot to where you get teleported. It's more the route you would have to take to get home again.

 

 

 

However, we now have home teleport spells on all spell sets, so there would be no reason not to bring it back. As no-one would be forced to run the gauntlet of thrower trolls.

lol considering you've visited tipit since 2004. death plateau is one of the older quests in the list. thats when the teleport was released, construction came out in 2006. #-o

Yeah, it would be really nice for there to be all runic (I.e. runes only) teleports have the ability to be converted into a portal and teletablet. Perhaps some teleports should be labelled 'dangerous', because of any threats at the destination, be it trolls or PKers. Perhaps these portals should be of a slightly different design (for example, should have curved [bleep]es), and perhaps a slightly higher construction level.

 

There should be a warning about dangerous teleports before you enter. This warning is also the case for teletablets, and can be turned off as with any other warnings (of course, if you want it turned back, the doomsayer's your man.)

 

Just because people are idiots doesn't mean you shouldn't be limited by them.

 

Mind you, with ancient and lunar teletablets, doesn't that mean there will be a need for new lecterns? And what about giving the whole thing a twist by placing Spellbook swap as teletablets (99 magic required for creation)? I can see a serious market for them.

 

You know, what would be really nice would be the option to build your own fairy ring. :pray:

How can you get scammed using the trollheim teleport? I assume to use it, you must have finished Edgar's rouse and you will know about the trolls.
