nice.. i've killed 15k for 3 chains =)

i klled 16k+ dustdevils with the 212k fire runes to prove it but i never got a chain :(

Some people are just too lucky, i killed 17k and only one chain, i'd have the fires to prove it but i got lured for them :x

Your barrows luck sounds like mine, lots of good stuff but no spears...

The def level was 92, which is usually pretty nice, another level in the 90s, half way to 99... Except I could hardly care with my new chain.

 

 

 

When I killed the Dust Devil I looked down and saw the Dragon Chain and shrugged it off, thinking, oh cool. Then after reading my chat box I looked back at the drop thinking that after all, it was a good drop, such as the infamous Dragon Chain, so yeah. It was really weird that it was like in the movies, where you look at something and don't realize what happened, or what was there, and then I suddenly look back thinking, "oh em gee!" Lol. I was so shocked, I started shaking and turned red, I nearly screamed, but it was late at night, lol.

 

 

 

So yeah, that was a very weird experience. It was similar to obtaining my Fire Cape on my first try, except it would be like not knowing I actually beat that stupid Jad.

I had a similar experience at BA.

 

The leader I was with kept saying things like;

 

"Chances are big we're not killing it first time"

 

"Dont be disappointed if we fail..."

 

etc etc.

 

 

 

And like 10 min later, the Queen fell and all I could think was;

 

"Wtf, allready?"

 

 

 

Well, not too similar as Jad is a 700+ Onehitk0er and that Queen is somewhere in the high 200s. But oh well, wanted to share :)
