Xeones
I'm bored of my Obsidian Cape and I want a skillcape. Maybe even a trimmed one later on. I've heard Fletching and Cooking are the easiest. Give me a list of the top three 99s that are easy to achieve and don't require immense amounts of money. Thanks in advance! hatebringer
fletching and cooking both require alot of initial cash to begin training, and they both go much faster when you have lots of good money, theiveing is ok, but not a great source of money, getting 99 in wcing, hunter, fishing and mining (banking all supplies mind you) can easily earn you upwards of 20m+ and you need nothing to get it done. 99 Fletching 99 Attack 99 Constitution 99 Cooking 99 StrengthGamertag: H8tebringer
Xeones
Hmm... maybe 99 Hunter by red chins? It'll match my Dharok's armor and I heard it only takes a couple of weeks.
Meta318
Fletching Cooking ( but you lose alot of money) Theiving ( makes money) hunter ( makes money) runecrafting ( can make or lose money depends on how you do it) Quest easy and pretty cheap some hard quests and doesn't get trimmed. March 23, 2008- 99 Thieving. January 2, 2009- 99 Defence. Quest cape since October 2007.

hybrid2hell
Fletching - Initial money needed? Supplies to buy? How many hours? Profit? Cooking - Initial money needed? Supplies to buy? How many hours? Profit? With your cooking level, you would need to get about 74 cooking before you could do lobs. And once your at 74 cooking you need 200k. You can actually make profit with cooking. Buy 1k raw lobs 200k, cook, sell in F2P edge, world 3,4,5, or 7, for 220 ea. Then you can start buying 2k lobs and 3k lobs ect. I engineered this thread with precise variables that I know would cause lul-worthy flames.
Mamong
Cooking is quite easy. I got it to 99. It isn't too bad. With Cook X, just cook in Rogues Den, click to cook, surf the net or chat, come back, bank and repeat. To 94, buy raw lobsters in World 1 and sell. You can try to then resell in Edgy in F2P pk worlds but I prefer to just sell them quickly in World 1, up to you. At 94, cook sharks to 99. I cooked them, then went and sold them in members pk worlds (World 18 works well). You can make a profit/break even but you will be spending a fair bit of time selling. You can sell them quickly and thus get 99 quicker by selling them cheaper. Also, selling on pk worlds can be slow as they tend to buy 100 lobs/sharks at a time. Mat
Strength Cooking Fletching Firemaking Strength is in no way an easy 99, a lot of people have 99 because of pures and such, trust me a combat 99 is quite slow, especiallly str because you need to use d scimmy. Xeones
Cooking will probably be my first 99. I will probably want a second, though. Do you think I should get Fishing and Cooking to 99 as a pair or is 99 Fishing UBER HARD?
geesch
for the fastest and easiest 99's, go for cooking and fletching. those have all become too common because of the cook/fletch x option. fm is a relatively cheap 99, but takes patience because once at about 70-75 fm, you still have another 100k maples to burn... thieving is cool and kinda fun if you use pyramid plunder. it is easily possible to gain 100k exp per hour, even at 61 theiving. because it isnt buyable, it is far more respected and can make some decent money. wc... thats a brute. wc cape is fantastic because of the tediousness of the skill. i am at 85 and i still have another bloody 150k willows left to cut to 99. the cape is very well respected, just as fishing is. hunter can take 2-3 weeks at best to get from 1-99 while also making like 40m. oh and for those who say that completing all quests is very easy, they are wrong. well, partially wrong. it may be easy, but think about it. the average quest, even while using a guide, takes 1-3 hours each. with 115 quests (a guess at how many quests we have now) that is between 115-345 hours of work. now, in that time, you could have probably gotten 99 fletch, cook, fm, and hunter. it is more common because of the fact that most people do quests. good luck on whatever 99 you choose :)
hephaestos8
fletching cooking hunter fishing isnt really hard, it is time consuming and non buyable, which means its better respected

Juader
I know the most expensive way: construction. isn't prayer more expensive :-k anyways cooking fletching fishing hunter fm crafting are good tho crafting is expensive.. atleast from my exp you can buy 1k raws 230k in w 1 and you can sell them farily fast in there for same amount.. so it's even.. i'd suggest that but get that 73-74 cooking first VIX VIX VIX
Taoyection
Fletching - level 53 to 99 costs 3.8m - You can earn it back. Cooking - Costs lots - FAAAST. Hunter - 1-99 takes 1 week 24/7 (not healty, but i would do it if i could). Theifing - Dont know - Costs some K's for food - Cape roxx. Babyshambles
Cooking and fletching are easiest and quickest. Hunter is probably close which is the cheapest (I hear you can get 1-99 with under 10k!) And as for the guy above, be quiet you can't even spell Mahogany! cotamatias
.... runecrafting ( can make or lose money depends on how you do it) ... I...Will...Kill...You. For daring to put that honered and sacred stat in a thread about "Easy" 99's. RC is Easily the HARDEST stat to get 99, take it from someone with 99 rc. The quickest is FM, but that takes some money. The cheapest is fletching, can do for free. Once you hit 75, all you need is 600k start up money. Then trade Yew long(S) for materials. Qizx2- ArchmagePersonnumber100- Warlock for life.Would you? Xeones
I'm pretty sure I'll get 99 Fishing and 99 Cooking by like 2009 (lol). Now, should I powerfish and drop and then cook raw lobsters? Or should I cook everything I fish, including the Salmon and Trout? 99 Fishing cape is cool, and well respected, so it seems like a nice choice. It'll take a boatload of time, but I have time to waste.
