Nobody touches it because nobody really cares. People have either just stopped playing it (like me) or just don't care anymore.

Though now that I have the legendary pack, I can get some of those new achievements....

For me it's the combination of me not having a workable Xbox because of how lazy I am, and Bluejay not having a good enough connection to be able to play online.

There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,

and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. That

regret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new,

better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret.

It's experience.

I'll be back on Halo 3 once I can bridge the wireless modem to the 360, which I am trying to do, as I can't do it through a router....

A little after Christmas (when both our XBL expires) me and a friend are making new accounts and gonna do doubles and hope for at least a 45, though we hope a 50. Lots of people do that, hopefully it works well for us.

Whoo working way better then I had thought. I'm a 36 him a 35 and we just started. We've only lost 2 games, and one game at the beginning he disconnected and on team BR on snowbound by myself I won by like 8.

I just got Halo3(I know...kinda late...)

I beat it last weekend...

It was alright...The AI was good the driving was fun, but my team AI seemed really [developmentally delayed]ed if you were not at the helm...They seemed to drive the opposite direction of the enemy, or drive around in circles...(One time, I was on the part where the tank was down the ridge, across from the lake, and my guys drove on the ridge, me in the car, and the tank shot me and we flew through the air, smashing into a wall. AI is so bad on my guys!).

Otherwise, the story was kinda lacking (I could have figured out most of what happened after playing the second game), the levels seem to stretch on forever and get boring, and the gravity hammer is friggin murderous...

Multiplayer is awesome though. The map with all the crates in the warehouse where its small and confined makes for some pretty awesome kills in team deathmatch...

Multiplayer bumped this game up two points...

9/10

When you're playing single player, a player driving + AI with rockets/laser/fuel rod on the back of a mongoose > any combination of player/AI in a warthog. Seriously, the AI may be pretty bad when driving, but when they have rockets, they have unlimited ammo, and just absolutely amazing aim.

I'm almost certain that is just you or them having a bad connection :|

Anyone like?

Don't you know the first rule of MMO's? Anyone higher level than you has no life, and anyone lower than you is a noob.

sucks most of you guys don't even play anymore. i used to see at least 2-3 TIFers playing custom or the like.

Two or three of us TIF'ers do still play the odd custom game together. We just play with a different community. In fact, if I'm not mistaken, we're playing tonight. Game nights, like what was attempted here but failed.

And I've noticed that I always see this thread near the top when there's a locked halo-related thread.

I still play every so often, but most of the time it's hanging around while my friends forge, then spawning stuff and messing them up. However, if we could get enough people for at least an 8v8 Sandtrap CTF game, I would jump on that like Bush on imaginary nukes. Just think, that could be epic; vehicles all over, bombing stuff. The bases are in the Elephants, so we could have them moving around all over, maybe a little broadsidings with the elephant turrets....It would have to have a lot of people to work right, though. I was in one once in Big Team Objective and it was awesome.

That does sound like it'd be fun, if only we had 14 or more people, lol.

woo just got off halo3 online, was playing with 2 of my friends from mississippi, ended up being a 3v3 in social slayer, team BR's on boundless. i had 28 out of 50 kills. one of the people on the other team had like 26 out of their 47? maybe 48 or 49 kills. it was close. my adrenaline was pumping so hard at the end of that match.

Played a little last night. Big(?) team slayer on Sandtrap. The whole team rallied around the elephant. I was driving. It was a basically a mobile battle fortress, and it was awesome because the enemy team kept charging up in warthogs and choppers and trying to board...oh it was great. Really gave it a whole cinematic effect to it. And I got a double kill somehow, with the elephant. I was driving it, backing up actually, and all of a sudden I see "double kill, killjoy" and I thought wtf? I didn't even see anyone behind me. I got 3 kills with the elephant all told.

I call driver's seat for any vehicle at the start of every match. Seriously, me and my friends have a great time, I drive, they get me the Assisted driving medals or whatever they're called. I get a great time, a win, and my friends get kills. Everybody win (Except the losers).

Oh, and Avalanche is possibly the best map on Halo 3. There's just something about it I love. Probably the fact that it is awesome for any objective game, and I do love objective games. mumm_ra, how much do you play Halo now? I'm seeing you online quite a bit, or at least whenever I am (Rarely) online.
