Do they think that macro's have taken the time to do the lunar quests? taken the time to get 61 crafting for the quest and decided to rc at the ZMI alter instead of say nature alter?

 

 

 

No but a normal player could be using a program (say auto-alching) at this place which is why it has to have randoms.

yesterday i got 0 randoms and tonight i got literally 15 random events in 2k alchs (aas anyone in the tip it clan chat would know with my ranting. I also got 3 mimes within an hour or two)

i rarely get evil chicken anymore, only like 2 during noob days.. :(

people don't seem to understand: there is no true random.

 

 

 

computers can not generate random numbers. they use something like the current time to base it off of.

Random events are triggered by special conditions being met by players. certain things cause random events -- things that bots do, mainly.

Ive been playing RS for a long time and have gotten golems, ents, trolls, Moms, Bob, Sandwich, Zombie, Shade, Gravedigger, The ballon one, molly, pinball, and mime. But no drill or forester. Ever. Its weird.

If your doing endless and repetitive tasks they'll send you a random to make sure your not a macro.

 

 

 

But for all in all their random otherwise.

 

 

 

if you have a black mark (meaning someone reported you) you get more random events.

If you want randoms, go cook. That'll give you all the randoms you'll need.

u get randoms when u do something over and over again like chopping yews. if u chopped yews for an hour they would send u a random. i have had 3 mollys 1 genie 1 training camp a llot of old man

No [cabbage]. Randoms have never been random, they tend to happen more to people who do the same thing for a very long time. Try wcing/fishing/killing something for 40 mins, then teleport. It's almost an assured randoming. I've gotten 3 gravediggers and 2 shades is the space of 7 minutes burying drops at the fire giants...

you used to be able to rig it i think or you used to be able to make it so you can get a random almost everytime although jagex caught me the day i got about 150 randoms and banned me for a week :roll: :roll: :roll:

i think it is more common to get randoms in certain areas like ill go a month with out getin anything but then i go to a differt place and get 2 mr hydes, an evil chiken , like 6000000000000 old mans and like tons o other things and like i fish in catherby and i get like no randoms in days but in karamja i get like 50 river trolls

But still, randoms are easy to predict, they are created normally when you start to do something different, like suddenly mine after train range for 4 hours straight... I once got a rock golem off of this when i didn't have a pick. :uhh:

okay if it random tell me why when i go to the bank , stay there 10-15 min , then , if i try to tele , boom a "ramdom Event" . its happen like 1 time on 2 , is 1/2 ramdom for u ?

This happens all the darn time, literly all the time its so annoying.

one day i got 3 shades having not had any beforefor the 3 years that i've played, and also one day i got 2 genies. They are simply random.

Umm if you were concentrating then you'd notice the waving tree which is the random and would get a broken axe

meh, even if i concentrate i still get them :P but when your powercutting from 86-99 woodcutting (so far 95) i cba to keep staring at the screen for over 4 hours :wink:

Of corse random events are not random. Random events come after a number of clicks per minute.

They are random unless you are doing a certain action. IE alching, tellying, mining, fishing, wcing , fming, etc.
