Awesome guide :). I will go kill some of those now :D. The only real expensive thing here is the prayer potions...You need so many and those p pots aren't cheap. I'm happy that my prayer level is 70, because then I won't need that many.

I just completed my first trip to the avianies. Thanks to your great guide I managed to get a little more than 800k from my first trip, which is awesome. I don't know how much profit I made, but it was for sure quite a lot. A picture, feel free to add it to your guide :) :

If you don't mind my asking, what's that item just below all your noted bars? It looks like a plank of some sort, but unless they've been updated, the planks in RS don't look like that.

Personally i think tanking is more better costwise and u stay there longer

Lol, thats the scroll you get from the soldier at the front who is dying. He asks you to bring it to his boss/leader or whatever of the white knights. The guy on the bench in falador park. I don't think you get anything, you can just drop it, but its fun to read dialogue, lol.

Id seen people saying that aviansies were a good place to make money, but until coming across this guide and trying it for myself... :shock:

I give it till july of next year for Adamant bars to drop low enough for aviansies to become not profitable enough for people to consider it.

 

 

 

New methods like a tank/pray mix, using guthans to heal, or some other strange methods (i brought my ancient mace to restore pray whenever I can, and have seen people with fruit bats, bunyip, and even a titan) will replace prayer eventually.

You don't get the air and water runes? You can easily get hundreds of both in a trip, so they are worth far more than most herbs.

 

 

 

And wouldn't it be a lot more cost-effective to kill them without any protect prayers? They do not hit hard at all, especially if you use a granite shield, and they drop bones so you can use bones to peaches tabs.

Personally I believe that tanking is about 10 times better seeing that if i wanted to stay down there forever I could with B2P ( the spell not the tabs)

 

 

 

 

 

Also broad bolts are better then mith bolts. They have the same hitting power as addy

Why would longer trips be an advantage? It's not like it takes hours to get to the GWD. But nonetheless tanking aviansies is better than fighting them one-on-one with Prayer, though neither of them is the best method. The best method would be fighting a number of aviansies at once with Prayer, using emerald (e) bolts. The best place to do this is in the Eyrie, because the center area is too crowded.

What herbs are worth picking up? Also, with 75 range and emerald bolts (e) with rune cbow and unholy book how many addy bars do you think i can get an hour? Other than that best guide i've seen.
