Is this any good or would Rune Crossbow with Broad Bolts be better? This is the original, official first guide of aviansies, and at the start bone c'bow were not nerfed yet. Broad bolts didn't exist and mith bolts were pretty costly (at that time). You would also make a bit more money because you dont need to spend money on prayer pots. Also i highly recommend broad tipped bolts, as they hit very high for very cheap. Here is what I wear:-   Helm of Notzeiot   Zamorak Cape Armadyl Pendant Broad Bolts (only 50ea)   Rune crossbow Black d'hide Body Dragonfire Shield   Saradomin Chaps (100k)   Barrows Gloves Bandos Boots (800k) Ring of Wealth (currently in testing stages)   EDIT:- Range Attack of 177 Range defence of 200   My invo would normally comprise of:-    16-18 Sharks 6-10 Bones to Peaches 2 Ranged Potions (strongly recommend) Air Runes law runes Ectophial Fires/Natures (alching)   Personally, I suggest tanking over prayer pots anyday! If you are under 70 defence, (unless 90+ ranged), then I would suggest not doing these unless you pot ranged. I have seen pures doing it......bad idea   P.S. As mentioned, doing a small topic on tanking them would be good. Ddude42 Posted February 25, 2009 Share Posted February 25, 2009 Good guide, but I have my own tanking setup.   Full range void Armadyl pendant Zamorak cape (from Mage's Arena) Rune c'bow Broad-tipped bolts Dragonfire shield Bandos boots   Inventory consists of range potions, summoning potion, unicorn scrolls, unicorn pouches, Enhanced Excalibur, and alch runes.   At 99 defence, 89 summoning, and 92 range I am almost always at full health.
