I noticed in a lot of the pictures of the drops people have gotten they all are using the Dorgeshuun Crossbow with bone bolts. Is this any good or would Rune Crossbow with Broad Bolts be better? I'm using the latter right now but if bone bolts are just as good then I'll switch.

Great guide by the way. ::'

Those were at the start of the guide. This is the original, official first guide of aviansies, and at the start bone c'bow were not nerfed yet. Broad bolts didn't exist and mith bolts were pretty costly (at that time). Bone bolts was the best chose and is the start of this revolution lol.

You should add a section about tanking them. With 83 def and bones to peaches i can stay forever(till i get bored). You would also make a bit more money because you dont need to spend money on prayer pots. Also i highly recommend broad tipped bolts, as they hit very high for very cheap.

Not a bad guide at all.

This is the set-up I use, and I must say it works well for me. Here is what I wear:-

Helm of Notzeiot

Zamorak Cape

Armadyl Pendant

Broad Bolts (only 50ea)

Rune crossbow

Black d'hide Body

Dragonfire Shield

Saradomin Chaps (100k)

Barrows Gloves

Bandos Boots (800k)

Ring of Wealth (currently in testing stages)

EDIT:- Range Attack of 177

Range defence of 200

My invo would normally comprise of:-

16-18 Sharks

6-10 Bones to Peaches

2 Ranged Potions (strongly recommend)

Air Runes

law runes

Ectophial

Fires/Natures (alching)

Personally, I suggest tanking over prayer pots anyday! If you are under 70 defence, (unless 90+ ranged), then I would suggest not doing these unless you pot ranged. I have seen pures doing it......bad idea

P.S. As mentioned, doing a small topic on tanking them would be good. Maybe a comparison of rates between the two.

P.S 7.6/10

Great guide, 8/10. I might use it for a few ranged levels in the future... Seeing Kree in the boss room always keeps me motivated ::'

I can barely tank using B2P, and my defence is reasonable. I really have no idea how people manage it, I get hit for regular 10+s.

Good guide, but I have my own tanking setup.

Full range void

Armadyl pendant

Zamorak cape (from Mage's Arena)

Rune c'bow

Broad-tipped bolts

Dragonfire shield

Bandos boots

Inventory consists of range potions, summoning potion, unicorn scrolls, unicorn pouches, Enhanced Excalibur, and alch runes.

At 99 defence, 89 summoning, and 92 range I am almost always at full health.
