It could have to do with buying a cruddy item or getting convinced to go into the wilderness and you end up losing all of your items. Now, if I get 99 defense, prayer and hitpoints, I would be 118 combat. I could have been around 110 if I hadn't trained my attack and defense. Dropped the full sara that i was wearing so i could quickly talk to him At the end of the convo he without warning teleported me to the port.
