His name is Michaelis12 and he has the #2 or #3 most amount of tickets in the game. I'm not sure if that's quite accurate at this stage because he just returned playing after 1 month. But then again I'm not in a CW clan(been invited) and I don't stack I try to anti-stack with a few other w24 players. So atleast 81.8 days and noone wins everytime. So wow alot.
