The New Year Update

When I read the update, my first guess was updating the Prifddinas area (big stadium thing north of the elf land). It's been annoying me for months because I always go there but can't go in.

Maybe someone sent a really good idea i.e the new bank interface, and they thought it was so good.

Added with hunting.... You can lasso eagles in a quest and use them for transport

Maybe it has something to with either the bank(hopefully) or the digsite canal thing that hasn't been finished.

 

 

 

Oh and no offense to whoever mentioned being able to buy money its a bad idea having money in real life should not affect you in game other than members or non.

I'd settle for them expanding the player inventory slots to a number like 30 (5 colums of 6 rows?) and making a sell all thing for the banks like they have bank all for the banks (or a "sell all at this price" option instead of reducing the buy from the store...in real life you could barter with the guy and say that you have a note for one thousand logs or something, so he'll buy all for 5 gp each, so you know exactly what you would get from the sale).

I think its a new skill, does anyone remember when the Guarnteed Content poll was released? It said after you voted that they were working on a new skill. :) But still, Jagex giving us hints? Even the God Wars Dungeon didn't get this treatment and its quite possibly one of my favourite updates

I think this could be the seafaring skill, as in ship on the horizon. I also think it hints at a sky/night & day/seasons that will have a serious impact.

Here are my predictions!

 

 

 

1 The mithril door will be opened :)

 

2 Digsite canal will open up.

 

3 North and South Isafdar will open up, with new cities to explore, monsters to battle, creatures to hunt and quests to complete.

 

4 I doubt a new skill will be launched.

maybe water in runescape will actually move now, (i.e rivers, seas etc etc) i hate how it looks like a solid blue floor....

i would bet it would be something like sky, or super updated player models, or maybe even a day/night cycle. that would be cool. something bigger than a quest or even a skill. maybe new areas or a whole bunch more graphics?

Oh and the fact that it's coming out in a year and the fact that they mention it will be huge and whatnot probably means it will effect mostly everyone in the game so base your judgements accordingly.

caromon those are just expressions they don't prove anything. Look I can reword it by saying the update is coming soon, it will leave you off the edge of your seat, and they will have info about it leak from time to time. That doesn't mean it's a movie theatre.
