I am not guy who love to wear useless stuff or keep useless outfits in bank just to look in some way diferent, if stuff don't give any bonus i drop it like junk... but anyway this is Skill cape & looks better then any f2p cape and no any cape in f2p which give some bonuses and he trained a lot to get it i think let's he keep it... because if he remove it on F2P he will not be able to wear it again.. P.S. Respect for any 99lvl. If you do decide to keep it on just brush the "emos" off you'll get used to it. P.S: Defence is one of the best 99's in rs. With, hunter, range, and tree chopping. Member didn't really get in the way, but i know that time will come when i'm in grade 11 or 12. F2p satisfies me when i'm bored and str training is all i do now.
