Field Rations Cwars Bandages Healing Pot in BA Giving eggs during BA queen battle Butterflies Gnomeballs Could be more, but those things are more than enough reasons to keep the "use with player" option. I don't know how they'd get rid of it, anyway. Just about any object in the game with options besides "walk here" can have items used with it. The same effect can be seen with "Pick up cat", even though it's not yours.
