A web page for jagex. I have never seen this, but have seen the actual jagex site. One thing that stuck out was a ad that looked like it was for MS. It also says something about funOrb winning a golden award? Alot of the links don't work, but it's interesting nonetheless

True that. It may become popular due to it being in a completely different genre, but atleast for me, and many of my friends. A space type game doesn't sound appealing, but their probably is a market out there for it.

This was for sure a nice find, but it's also pretty mysterious. My theory is that this was some kind of prototype for a new site that Jagex have made, but that it got dissmissed. And that they maybe forgot to take it away?

 

Usually Jagex don't forget though, so it seems pretty odd still.

Well the ad for MechScape does seem quite interesting. what confuses me though is that those recent news things on the sidebars date back to January of this year. This site has been around for so long and no one noticed it? And what on earth is a ForceFighter? Perhaps the site is just full of teasers. I mean, the ad has what we'd expect from MechScape (rockets and technology, etc). Its just to get people worked up.

That's a design template made by a web designer, a template that didn't make it. I suppose blue studio is this designer's website, and he shows off his work on it.

 

 

 

The 'latest news' part is mostly fake. But we do a learn a couple of nice things from this website...

I copied it here, in case Jagex decides to bring this webpage down, like they did for the graphics designer of summoning. Maybe they got this somewhere else written too, and it isn't really secret, but don't tell me because I don't care. You do the work and check.

 

 

 

They got an "Investigation in the Community Unit", that is rather large. People who spy on the community as a job. I think we can safely assume they are reading what we say here at tip.it. Haha, maybe they even analyse what people say and come up with little ideas to do some damage control. What a devious and sneaky job, I'd probably enjoy doing something like that...

 

 

 

Mechscape might be called spacecombat. I hope they stick with Mechscape as a name, spacecombat is ugly, and cliche. There is also a little something about "Fun Orbs" and "Force fighter", not sure if that's fake or real though.
