what happened to the bots?

Why does everyone says they hate bots?

I mean I didn't like them either and they weren't good for the game but players needed them.

Now the prices of bones, fish, logs, raws, and every other items is going to go to the roof.

I rather pay for d bones at 1.6k ea from a bought and buy 20k at a time.

then pay 5k for 1k at a time.

RS will soon die.

RS was going to die if bots became so numerous that players did need them. We were on the tipping point when Jagex put in the big update, so it was a sign that we almost didn't make it.

Anyway, the economy isn't going to crash, but it will be slightly different. But that's not a bad thing. Prices for raw materials were too low and people have exploited that. Now, RS became a harder game which was what we needed. Alching isn't such a constant profit, neither is Nature crafting. It means that we have to work for our money.

Nothing, they probably moved on to a different game.

Like WOW where their legal

They are NOT legal in WoW, or any other MMORPG for that matter. It's just that the makers of WoW appear not to be as concerned about their game as Jagex.

Do you mean to tell me that the Runescape economy will work in such a way that players will have to gather resouces and then sell them to others that need them at a half decent price? My Lord, how horrible.

Oo, i just thought of a way for goldfarmers to earn their living from RS... But i probably shouldn't mention it.

and you felt the need to post that why?

I doubt you did anyways.

Myspace sucks. Just an FYI...

Ex: diablo2 died from rwts

prices r up is good and not true. Lobbs used to be 250 now they r 210. Prices up is good because it shows ppl that they need to work hard and get those items instead of just buying it.

No it didn't it died because of dupes, and that blizzard was too busy with WoW to update the best game ever =(

SKIMMYSTROWN AND BETTER THAN YOU.

Some of these autoer's accounts are now being powertrained on request to be sold. Don't think for a minute that RWT is extinct.

Rest of them are inactive until jagex makes a fatal mistake. Knowing them, it won't be too far in the future. I don't certainly hope for it, but due to general resource economy taking a painful hit in the form of skyrocketed prices, I'm kind of sad that they're gone from the scene.

It's because RWT's don't really have a negative impact on WOW.

It's mainly combat based and all the best PVP / PVE gear is untradable and can't be bought with gold, you have to work for it.
