That is enough for me. I engineered this thread with precise variables that I know would cause lul-worthy flames.
Fainted
this is a typical F2P whine... i can imagine why jagex makes this skill member, due to the recent updates jagex has lost plently of them and want to make it up with a new skill specially made for members. cuz members is what counts for them, F2P is a bridge to membership, cuz they are supposed to get bored and want more and more.. and will eventually upgrade to mems. some of them, however, show their loyalty to f2p (like i do) and would love to see a new skill for a change. but i think were not in the position to whine for such things. members can now reach higher cb lvls and i think they deserve that. Felter_Laur
Well, I am sure that this will just stoke the fire, but I pay to play. My money goes towards the privilege of getting better aspects of the game. If you want more, then by all means put up your 5 dollars.

Fairness
I almost feel ashamed to be f2p. :( The only f2p update I even really longed for was the bank space, and now I have plenty. (Even enough to keep my sets in components. That.) You're being watched.

REDACTED
It is people who whine in F2P that make me feel ashamed of being one... F2P is F2P, simple as that, why should Jagex release a skill they worked hard on to us? Members deserve it, because they pay. Granted some F2P would love to pay, but can't (like me) but we should be happy with what we have... I think this might be the icing on the cake for pushing me into getting a membership, even if it does mean me paying more via mobile phone :D Stephen Hawking is now a honorary member of the Runecrafting Guild. Kazel
Personally, I think you're LUCKY you don't have to train Summoning. It's a horrible skill. Jagex built up the excitement since November, and we get a jumbled up mess that gives next to nil xp and is at least 4 times as expensive as Construction. angry555
i agree jagex needed to do something to get more member but to be completly honest summoning isnt that great, it takes a ridiculous amount of time to train and its pricy to for pnly a little reward *-P.K.Masters-* |5+ Years of Experience|F2P Events|Cmb: 95+

Sure, you're not paying for it, but your neighbor is, so that makes it alright. Look. It's not going to change, you see. Freeplayers get a cookie while members get the whole cake. That's something everyone's going to have to live with, regardless. This isn't from a players' standpoint, either -- it's strictly business. It's nice to give the lookie-loos something for their time, but if they aren't shilling out cash, why bother giving them better things?
