You gotta WAIT, yes WAIT, until they drop out of the sky! The higher the difficulty, the more will drop. I tried doing it with Porky. Where he turns into that like square rectangle sort of thing that traps you and throws you? Or is it the RRoD? I hate them all. Nice doing classic with all characters. I might test that out again, might be a new way to avoid RRoD... :thumbsup: First going to beat classic with Charizard, bulb, Shiek, and ZSS for all trophies, then finish all star/boss battle on all characters... No wifi sucks, good thing theres still runescape. I'm directly connected, so no wireless... :cry: I think I have 9 or 11 more left... and I have 4 hammers I think. Already done all the events, and completed SSE to 90%. I used to play Melee and the original so I'm what you might call a veteran. Ooo... plus I've got a Tabuu trophy. : Going online is a different matter though. I play as Toon Link so it's just too easy for the Ikes to get a cheap shot when I'm around 50% and knock me off. -.- I've never faced anyone on here though. For the RRoD, stick near the centre of the stage, remain calm and focused, and time your rolls. That's the best strategy I've come up with. Spam the boomerang, and if you sh, you should be able to shoot double arrow. It won't be that hard for a veteren... it's not as close to as hard as Waveshining. :arrow: :ugeek: Short hop, and during the rising momentum shoot an arrow, and immediately afterwords you should shoot a cancelled arrow... sorry if youalready know this XD. Use bombs too. Spot dodge and roll alot too. Ikes are pretty easy, and their recovery sucks. Punish their laggy attacks. I'll look forward to playing you.... Then if he disconnects, I get an easy win. : As for Ike, I actually read up on gamefaqs. I've found the bomb + downwards aerial attack combo works amazingly well. Once you get him off guard, deal some damage with swift attacks, throwing a boomerang every now and then just to keep him off his feet, and follow through with a standard aerial attack. It's all in the short hop. Like I said, easy in a 1 on 1 stock match. Not so easy with 2 minutes in a four-way brawl. :P Plus I actually found the Zero Suit Samus trophy more difficult to get anyways. It looks a bit odd, but kcdragon will have to wait until the match between manoman and Ginger Warrior is complete. Excluding kcdragon, everyone will play their rounds. Once the match between kcdragon and (manoman/Ginger_Warrior) is complete, we'll move on to the semi-finals. The deadline is next week Friday. Because from what I've gathered, Ginger and Manoman are probably the best two here (Other than Kent... :roll: ), and they happen to be playing each other...And Lenin and I have both acknowledged that we're at about the same level, among the worst that signed up for the tournament...And we're playing each other. While big tournaments can be fun, small tourneys are so much simpler...Good luck to all! And Lenin, I haven't played in a while, so I could use a day or two of practice, we can set up a time after that.
