    These memberlists are severely outdated, and Runehead doesn't even have support for Divination yet. I've tried updating it several times, but it simply will not update (which is pointless since it'd b

It appears Runehead is down at this time. At least for me, Killer or Queen if you could please add the new names to the appropriate lists it would be appreciated (if you are able to). Sorry for the inconvenience, I will try again later to add the names and post if I am able to do so at that time. (Assuming it has not already been done).

Yes, the default of the Runehead lists are set to be combat based. However seeing as the RuneScape official High scores are based on total level, that's how it is based here, it is based on how high your rank is in RS. To see how you rank non combat based, all you have to do is click "Total Level" on the lists to see how your total ranks compared to other Tip.it members. I hope this cleared things up, thanks.
