With cloak and dagger I usually like to sneak behind enemy lines, make my way to the front, backstab a few guys that are in combat, make my escape, and hide in a nearby corner until either another battle starts and I can move in again, or I can make my way back to enemy spawn to repeat the cycle. Nadril Posted January 4, 2010 Share Posted January 4, 2010 When I was playing spy a lot I liked using C&D. Mostly for cart maps as you really can do well with it. C&D does encourage you to play it a bit more slow so it's better suited for a pub-style. Needless to say I've gotten many many 5+ kills one after another with C&D. My record life is 9 backstabs, one revolver kill, and a sentry, dispenser, and tele that were undefended for some reason. Get back here so I can rub your butt. Poppet Posted January 5, 2010 Share Posted January 5, 2010 So what everyone is saying the Spy needs a buff: His Disguise Kit has just become a pure failure you just can't do enough with it anymore its just too easy to spycheck.His Knife's Backstab needs a better Hitbox.His Invis. needs to be quieter. The Pyro also needs a buff: It can't protect itself worth crap which makes it meat to every class at long range.Its Afterburn is too easy to remove.Another Pyro can beat a Pyro easy.The Backburner's Criticals need a better Hitbox. Why can't I have FPS and graphics like that? :cry: Because usually for videos like that you put in console commands that make it render at 30 fps, even if your computer can only render about 10fps, so it takes about 3 seconds to render that one second.
