Spy really is a situational class, because after a round of solid back rape they will all be paranoid as hell and harder to backstab. I usually play soldier for like 5 minutes so they relax a bit then go back to spy.

 

 

 

So anyways, been playing sniper more lately. Been kinda hard with my fps being like 30 since the may 29th update, but i had a really good round today on steel. Raped with huntsman on defense, and hsed a few scouts trying to cap E, but then got owned by a crit rocket and 3 scouts capped while my team was raped by a heavy D: On offense i used huntsman until we capped C then switched to sniper rifle in that little room off of A. Got so many headshots :D they only had onesniper who liked to stand still and try to get bodyshots on me, it was really funny. Got like 3 dominations and hsed a scout who jumping around E and loled. It was a fun game :thumbup:

I'm still really using the huntsman now as a sniper. The Huntsman/Jarate combo is great, because I can provide some awesome support with jarate (Jarate + pyro = sex) and you would be surprised how many headshots you can pull with Huntsman if you're good.

Ambassador makes it too hard for engineers, in my opinion. It's all too easy for a spy to sap, then without having to worry about getting behind the engy to backstab, just fire the gun twice and kill them. Only time I ever really fail with that is if the teleporter kills me if I accidentally walk onto it, or if the engineer gets a critical wrench hit.

I prefer smg with huntsman because with 125 hp classes i just give em a quick body shot and finish them off with smg.

See I prefer all of the assists I get with jarate. Plus jarate and a melee hit is really useful if they get up close (at least better than trying to do damage with the [cabbage]ty smg).

I definitely prefer jarate over the SMG, but I generally use the sniper rifle over the huntsman. It's just more effective in general; quicker, more accurate. My problem with the huntsman is that people can dodge it the way they can dodge rockets or pills, but you can't dodge a hitscan weapon.

No, in fact it's really the smart way to snipe. It was just the way you wrote it that said, "This gonna be funny up in here".

I've been getting back into the groove of the normal rifle, which is probably a good thing. It's a bit of adjusting compared to huntsman but will probably be better to get back to it. (considering my top score with huntsman was no where near the 33 points I've gotten with rifle).

 

 

 

 

 

edit: Might start playing soldier more again. Had a real nice score after a round of cp_well, me and my medic were double everyone else's on the servers score.

I got the ambassador last night, I like it, got a crit hit on a scout on 2fort, too bad it didn't kill him :(

 

Also I like the Bonk! too bad it seems to not last long.

I tend to stick to 3FL, Westnet and some other server, I think it's something like Gamearena (all are Aussie servers.) I really love Sandvich, especially some of the things Heavy says after eating it. "What's that Sandvich? Kill them all? Good idea! HAHAHA!" "Look at the itty bitty people running from Sandvich." "*sings*Sandvich and me are going to beat your [wagon]."

Last night was good day for spy

 

In the map i was by the way forgot name, there was only 1 way in to capture the base but before this way theres 2 ways to get to this way-in. So i made invisble wating till some heavy and medic passed and made desinvisible then BOOM backstab in 1 of these tactics i made 5 kills and 4 destructions in 1 life im becoming so pro at being a spy if you see me beware.
