Alright, I need to ask it. Why is it that kid=idiot? It annoys the hell out of me. Sure it does happen sometimes, but thats more of an console thing. Alot of the real idiots are the people that realize it's not a run'n'gun fps and quit early on.

 

 

 

if a kid is mature enough, you wouldnt be able to tell he was a kid would you? Somebody comes on to the server to play, you dont know how old they are, its only when they start making an idiot of themselves you can work it out.

Mainly people get flamed off of servers for their voice, what they're using that voice to say is rarely an issue for some people.

Kids usually aren't that bad if they don't have a mic and are on the other team. But i can't say much as the server i play is basically run by a 12 year old(he doesn't pay for it but he does ALL the technical stuff) :lol:

I think you'll find it's Steam itself, sometimes it seems to be [bleep]ing slow for me, so all games seem to take ages to load, once the game loads everything is fine. That was really fun! I was good in the first time when we played steel, where we defended B. Then I sucked up until ctf_turbine, where I got 21 points in a life as pyro. 14 kills, 1 assist, 5 defenses, 2 dominations, 1 capture.

If we can't tell if someone is a boy or a girl they are probably too young for our server. I don't think I've seen a kid (with a high pitched voice) yet on TF2 who hasn't been annoying though. If they have one they usually don't talk. The ones who start swearing up a storm or talking [cabbage] get ridiculed and banned though.

 

 

 

Plus the annoying ones. Some kids don't know it but they are really annoying.

Turbine was fun. I especially liked my reflect arrow kill on whoever paperplane was.

Did pretty decent with C&D although I'm way too used to doing it on 32 player servers, where I wait for opportunities to get multiple backstabs at once. Still was fun though.

Epic comeback cap on Badwater (I think.) We had the cart at the second point and there was no time left, and in overtime we managed to cap the next point. It was hilarious.

So I just went onto a 2fort server to try and get Plan B. I hung out under the bridge. By the end of the game, I had gotten 23 kills, only 10 deaths, 2 destructions, 5 assists, and a cap, as well as the achievement. All done with the shotgun only.

Actually my favorite class is spy (favorite, not best), but I'm going for the 1M points of fire damage achievement so I'm just playing pyro for a while.

Yea, it can do that I suppose, but I was mostly talking about if you're attacking a single person. In a group it works.

Unless you go in a perfectly straight line or don't reach them in time. My problem with playing a pyro is not be able to do enough damage enough to secure a kill. Obviously cuz I suck at it.

Game is good, haven't been able to play recently. Parents are circling like hawks. I'm afraid that if they see the "so and so just took a stab up the [wagon]" that they'll get mad. So I guess I'll only play when I'm sure they won't come up, because it takes so long to close.

 

 

 

If tha "took a stab up the [wagon]" thing is a sound that plays, then thats not the game itself, but a server mod. Most servers don't have things like that.

Because of my inexperience with PC online games, do you mean there are servers without the stab up the [wagon] thing?

 

 

 

Well the stab up the [wagon] thing is a mod, there are tons of servers that don't have it. While some servers do have things like it, most servers are normal, and most that DO have mods are not so obscene, like party hats and stuff.
