Valve hid a bunch of links in all three days of the updates and day 3s had the soldier congratulating you for finding the page, then it linked you to a steam page and if you signed in you got one of 11,111 medals to wear as soldier i think. Some Valve employee said they should be given out in a day or two :D Too bad i'm going away til sunday :?

Anyone else love the overtime bug in koth_sawmill?

I thought it was all the koth maps, but I might be mistaken. I played all of them, and it happened a couple times.

 

Viaduct seems great for engies; nucleus for spy, but that might just be me.

 

They were nice for a change of pace.

 

All in all, I am very pleased with these updates. No hat yet :(

Yes. And it's in every map. The entire server was just full of "Hey guys, what time is it?" "OVERTIME" "You guys think it's overtime?" "Overtime!" "She must have said Over 9000 Times." "Overtime".

They've fixed a few things so it might work now. I wish I'd known about the 4Chan server.

That Overtime bug isn't confined to KOTH maps. I got it on Gravel Pit and Steel yesterday.

For the person asking what server we play on, I play on The Bar Room. It's a 32 player server and it can get really foul at times (porn sprays are encouraged ^_^) but it's an awesome server.

People in there are hilarious.

Having a lot of fun with the update. Watching the new losing animations is hilarious (I love the heavy one, where he just cowers in a corner. :lol: ) and KOTH is a lot of fun from what I played today. KOTH_Sawmill seems to be really awesome for spy, or at least C&D spy, and I ended up raking in a ton of points. Well, both me and my roomate Speedy did -- playing on different teams. :)

 

 

 

And of course we play spy code so we never tell our team of where each other are. We still kill each other though :P.

Koth_nucleus is horrible for no spawn camping servers, 3 people have been banned and then unbanned on my server(group? Clan? etc?) for "spawn camping" when they were killing enemy snipers standing inside the spawn and now it's off the map list. :cry:

Really starting to like The Sandman. Excellent for stopping those blasted pyros when your team is constantly owned by 1 in payload. Also had some fun as a sniper. I was using the huntsman and me and another sniper (using the sniper rifle) headshotted each other at the same time. :lol:

 

Now if only valve allowed local proxy support, so I could LAN with some other guys at TAFE. Stupid Tafe proxy. Why can't it just be implemented so that we don't have to worry about having programs with proxy support. :evil:
