Maybe thats cause it actually is tougher at low combat to train some skills... If you don't belive me, trying doing the brimhaven agility course with 10hp as your max....Sure, it may be an unlikely situation, but hey, it could happen. OT: Nice skill total and 99 herblore. 8/10 99 HP, Attack, Strength, Defence, Summoning, Ranged, Herblore, Prayer, Agility, Magic, Slayer, Fletching, Fishing, Woodcutting, Mining, and Thieving.
