Last weekend i got extremely bored and decided to finally buy Skyrim. Game always seemed pretty interesting so i decided to take a chance. Dumbest thing i ever did. It is now Thursday and i have not left my room since Saturday evening. I woke up this morning thinking it was Tuesday. I somehow managed to lose 2 days? Curse you Skyrim.

Really fun game, although i feel like i'm doing things terrible wrong. I watched a few T&T videos on YT a yesterday to help me out with some money making and saw that so many people already have Deadric stoof at like level 30, and i am level 32 still rocking the Glass stuff. Haha, but it's a really fun game :D

Sounds about right, though I don't understand money issues. It's just a matter of killing enough dragons and selling them off to fund your exploits. You need to stop by the Skyrim thread though :P

My mastiff Moose puts his head out of the sunroof when we drive. I was trying to find a picture on my phone to show someone, but I couldn't. So, I googled sunroof mastiff, and I found pictures of Moose, that I had taken a year ago. Turns out I posted one here, and it came up in a google search and gave me back the pictures I had lost :D

We baked a spacecake today.

Ok, I am officially [bleep]ed.

I managed to get basically whole 11th grade in my school to somewhat hate me.

And I had to spend the whole day with 11 people from that class. All girls, but still, that tension. It was nervewrecking.

 

Otherwise, spent the day in a lab, analyzing my own DNA and I found out that I am not one of the 15% of Estonians who are immune to type 1 HI-virus.

Umm, generalize the whole class to one in a bad joke. And when taken out of context, it seems like I am terribly insulting the class. But, one by one I have been able to talk the context to the people in that class and right now I seem to be at peace with most of them.

Started watching Hawaii Five-O. It does stretch the suspension of disbelief a bit, in such areas as some of the time lines, and that every single case they do wouldn't be thrown out of court for rights violations (Five-O operates with immunity, but this wouldn't allow their evidence to stand up in court).

To me this is sort of like bad boys crossed with procedural cop drama, and if you don't think about it too hard, it's quite good.

OT:

I have a 10 page term paper due at 5pm tomorrow and I've written a page and a half of it. This is going to end well, I'm sure.

Also, I have a sparring tournament Saturday, and as it's my first time sparring black belts from outside of my studio I'm extremely nervous about how I'll fare. So long as I don't do so badly as to be an embarrassment I'll be happy though. Although I'd be ecstatic if I did well, too.

off to get drunk and not give two shits tonight, then finish an assignment over the weekend.

The last two days were great. Wednesday a few friends and I went to a supermarket to stock up on drinks for our snowboarding trip to France, then we spent the rest of the day at the house of one of those who came along. His parents are travelling so we stayed there all night drinking and smoking. The next day we went to someone else's house where we spent most of the day baking that cake yesterday.

 

Now today I need to pack my bags, we'll be leaving to the bus station in an hour or two, and then it's off to the Alps. I'm looking forward to it a lot.

 

Anyway, you guys won't see me for at least a week. See you all next week hopefully.

Anyways, I had a decent day. I was supposed to play a gig for some organization my friend's girlfriend was in...only to get there and be told we weren't needed. While that sucked, I ended up reconnecting with an old friend afterwards and going to a Frontier Ruckus concert (they're an amazing local indie folk band, check them out if you're into that), which put a nice spin on the night. Now I'm just relaxing in my dorm for the rest of the night and getting it ready for my five friends that are coming up to visit tomorrow; should be a pretty good time haha.

Moderately drunk. Open bar and I go together well. It was for my grandmother's 80th birthday. There was a wall which had things that happened in 1933, and people born in that year too. Can't believe Gene Wilder (played the original Willy Wonka, and was also in Blazing Saddles as The Waco Kid) was born in the same year as her.

I was not dreaming.

 

And I even did considerably well, not being the last one from Estonia. I was the only one under 25 there and I had boatloads of less experience then they had.

Went to an all nighter lan party, and had a lot of fun there. I usually don't win much in these kind of events, but I won over $200 worth of stuff (including a 500GB USB3 external hard drive).

I'm not sure what I did since I last logged into good Ol' TIF.

 

I remember getting really really drunk. Then swearing I'd never touch alcohol again. Then getting really really drunk. And then going to see my riot girl. And then got really really drunk. I remember last night I invited her to my friend's open house for a chill night of music and campfire. Of course, she being a rave promoter decided to call up all her raver friends, all her dj connections, and next thing I know my buddy's couch is in the backyard, people are setting off fireworks (illegal in my state), there's a huge gas-fueled open fire, and there's an internationally famous DJ in the basement (AlienFuel opened for Dr Jer-Z). So what was going to be a chill night of maybe 15 people ended up being potentially project X. But I contained it, and it all went better than expected. Nothing got stolen, or broken. Just a door frame fell off, and the kitchen was a mess. And they have to toss the couch in the garbage. But overall, not bad. I was actually quite happy by the end of the night.

 

And now I'm waiting for the girl to call me back because she was drunkenly telling me something about relationships, but than decided we should talk about it when we're both sober. I called her a bit ago and she said she'd call me back in an hour. The waiting game is so silly. And awful. And I hate it.

 

In less exciting news, I went to my cousin's bar mitzvah today, hungover as all hell. Not a good time, and the reception was just so lack luster by comparison to all the raves I've been going to the past fortnight. I'm tired as hell.

was hoping to write up a more joyful blog this fortnight but tonight I basically got sucker-punched square in the feels, seeing my ex going out on romantic dinners. My birthday, Christmas, New Years and my first Valentines with someone, he never once did this with me, and I genuinely feel like I got used for 6 months, leaving everything behind for nothing. only to return home ALSO to nothing since no one lives near me anymore...

 

In other news, finished my OHS report shit, just need to do a video interview and I can finally get cracking into the Games development of the course.
