Hey there everyone, this is techincially the sequel to the A level Result thread but for those who are getting their GCSE's on the 21st!

 

 

 

I think ill be getting 3 modular results, One in Maths and Two in Science and a final result, on ICT :ohnoes:

Oh how I wish I could return to the days of GCSE. No revision and yet I still walk out with an A in math, AA in science and BC in english. Well the GG couldve gone better in my applied ICT, but that was for lol.

I'm getting my GCSE results tomorrow. Everyone I've spoken to is really exited about it but to be honest I just don't feel exited at all and my expectations are really low :| . I suppose that's good in some ways because if I get great results then I'll be happier than most people there. Although, with the short amount of revision I did, I'm not expecting many A's, I just hope I get A's and A*'s in Maths and the Sciences. :pray:

I'm getting mine on September 4. I try not to get my hopes up. I messed up Year 10, which in turn would probably affect Year 11. There goes my grades...

Hmm thought you were 17 Echo and Cad how did you do that?

Just gonna stay up all night and watch stuff on youtube probably. Going into school at about 11am to get the results.

No idea really, your subconscious will store a lot more than you think. I did like walking up to my teachers though and shouting HA because they thought I would get a C, maybe even a B.

oh, im in canada and we dont have those. all we did in grade 10 was a literacy test which you need to pass in order to graduate.

I start my GCSE course in September. Man am i young. :oops:

 

I'm doing.... History, Triple science, French (A year early) Photography and Spanish. \

I recall GCSE's being quite a breeze. Little to no revision, yet great grades (except an E in French #-o ).

i am seriously dreading getting my results tomorrow, i need at least 5 C's to get into sixth form, and i'm currently seriously doubting whether i'll have managed it... so yeah, my expectations are really low :|

 

 

 

i'll post what i get tomorrow. though i'll most likely be able to spell FUDGE with the results :lol:

also. who is getting EMA next year? I know I'll get it, but I'm not sure if I'll get the full £30 a week, which would be really really nice.

Well I'm going in to get some results today, a bit nervous seeing as two results are full GCSE's. Also got a few modules to look over. :P

Quite good for me :D Afterwards I went straight to College and enrolled in my gaming dev course woot! Starts 8th September can't wait!

Theres a serious error with the english language GCSE grades that we got.Everyone got a D or lower and when theres a bunch of us reaching for A*'s in our resits and we gt a D it throw you for a loop.

Got to go to college tommorow to submit my results but i know i got at least a B in all the subjects im doing at college.Im doing A levels...

I took a few last year (English Literature, other Science tests, R.E, Statistics) so there isn't that many here :P Also, i did some 'functional skills' tests, and i passed them all :) .
