September 21, 200817 yr Just a question. IF a thread exists like this one, please lock it. I haven't found one. Are you richer in items or in terms of cold hard cash? I've seen people in full 3rd age with only 4m cash, while others like me holding 30m on hand but not owning bandos/armadyl armor. I prefer being richer in money :D 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
September 21, 200817 yr I never cared for cash. I'd rather just have a full bank with everything I need because it makes it easier to train skills and do quests. I mean, GE makes buying items easier, but I'd rather not have to worry about the uncertainty that an item might not sell if I try to buy it at GE. I like being prepared for anything.
September 21, 200817 yr I have a kinda 'large' cashpile. I don't really know what I should buy since I currently only train slayer and attack and I have everything I need. I think rare expensive armour is only used to show off. The Ultimate Green Dragon GuideDon't hate me, just let me ride.Lord, just give me life.
September 21, 200817 yr I'm not really rich in any way but I have more straight cash then in items. I always keep some cash around for skilling. ]
September 21, 200817 yr I definitely have more in cash.. I recently sold all my p2p stuff and went back to f2p, and I wear rune rather than zamorak, sara, etc. because i think the price might drop when pvp comes. i have around 10m in cash, but closer to 500k?.. in items :|
September 21, 200817 yr I cant get more than 2m without wsting it all on a skill or item Tip.It's Official Undercover Agent
September 22, 200817 yr About 60m in gear/items 10m cash I usually try to put my cash to use, and if im not sure what i want, or im saving for something, I just let the cash pile up Dragon Drops: 80+ boots, 7 med, 3 skirt, 2 left half, 2 Spear, 2 2hSlayer: 30+ whips, 4 Bows, 1 Mask, 3 Granite Legs, 1 Visage (Wyverns)Notable GWD Splits: Bandos Tassets: 12, Bandos Chest: 11, Bandos Hilt: 2Proud Slayer of 99 Att/Str/Def/HP/Range/Summoning
September 22, 200817 yr Cash, 39m cash like 15m items.... Only cos my Monkfish only sold yesterday though :) Doomy edit: I like sheep
September 22, 200817 yr I'd have to say... items. The reason being, all items can be used for something, may that be showing off (rares) or training (armour). Plus, before the G.E., it was rather hard to sell something that not many people bought ingame; making items have a permanent value in your bank, or at least it's that way for me. I sorta have a problem with spending , so it helps. :P As for how much I have in each, around 7M in items and 3M in cash. Reason? 85 Construction house and a heck of a lot of money spent. Click Here for my RSOF 99 Construction G&A thread! Post your support!
September 22, 200817 yr Cash is king!! I have about 140 mill cash but onlly about 20 mill in items. Having said that I am f2p so I have no expensive items to buy anyway apart from my Santa. I actually keep investing the cash to get more and since I need about 500 mill to level all skills to 99 I need to retain the ability to heavily invest when an item suddenly becomes desirable (eg steel bars when Rocking out first came out).
September 23, 200817 yr I stock up an expensive items for training, quests, achievement diaries, etc. Though if you look in my bank I rarely have 2M+ in cash. So I'd have to go with items bob. Ponies!
September 23, 200817 yr Items The most Ive ever has 203k for monkey madness puzzle cheat with glough. My username is jamesrules90 NOT jimmyjames227.Click here to feed me!A nice undieable one!!!
September 24, 200817 yr im richer in cash but that's because i sold off most of my stuff since school started
September 24, 200817 yr Items. Because I'm working on Construction and it is so expensive! I only have a little over 2 mil in cash as a result.
September 24, 200817 yr Yeah...it's better to have more many in your bank than just be wearing it. I'm not sure but I belive im richer in items. I have only 4m in bank. But I have some quite expensive items - dragon axe, guthan's and....that's it xD I like having a lot money in bank just in case. The most i've had is 12m and when im having only 4m now i feel poor

At a point I had a BGS, full guthans, fury, full sara rune, full sara d'hide and most barrows sets ... but I had 200k so I sold most of em off >.> 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
September 26, 200817 yr I am richer in money then I am in items. I prefer to have a large, beefy cash pile than items that are expensive. My relaxation method involves a bottle of lotion, beautiful women, and partial nudity. Yes I get massages.
September 28, 200817 yr Cash, 39m cash like 15m items.... Only cos my Monkfish only sold yesterday though :) Yay. I have about 9 mil in stuff, and 1.7 mil cash. Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again
September 28, 200817 yr Author I'd say 60% cash, 40% items finally a healthy mix =D> 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
September 29, 200817 yr 6.5m in cash vs 3.4m in items (melee only). This is actualy unusual, I only have cash when I am saving for something, otherwise I don't have more than 2m on hand.
September 30, 200817 yr Usually money unless i'm training slayer, then all my money goes towards the best boosts I can get my hands on (bandos, dfs etc.) As of right now, my cash is in items - i've invested in 1K crystal seeds \
September 30, 200817 yr About 111m in cash and ~250m in items. I like to keep decent pile of cash if theres update with new item I want/need.
