What to do when you seem to be bored in RS?

Featured Replies

So I guess I may not be the only player, who sometimes just wants to stop fishing or throws his axe to the banker, and withdraws his/her combat equip.

But really, how do you people make your 'scaping more worthwhile and fun?

...on my way to a Def 1 Hybrid.. for the 2nd time - Wow !

When I am bored, I withdraw all my most expensive gear, go into the GE, and drop a bunch of nitroglycerin potions. XD

I always get back to it in time.

I agree with logging out.

However, this is assuming I'm bored with Runescape as a whole, and not just because I've been woodcutting/fishing/mining for two days straight, which I don't have the patience for.

I slay. ;)

Slayer, for me, is what keeps RS going. You get different tasks all the time and get the chances of really great drops while all the time being able to upgrade and modify your setups. It's versitility is what makes it so fun, and only after literally months of slaying do I get bored of it.

Monster hunting never grows old for me. This time I don't mean slayer but KBD, KQ, GWD, DKs, even just Barrows. You never do the same thing twice, and there's always the chance of a great drop to reward you for your efforts.

I play Counterstrike 1.6.

Log in, shoot some people in the faces, swear over the microphone, then log back into RS.

The perfect compliment.

Man, I really do love Runescape, and I'm sure if it was a real person I would of asked it to marry me by now.

Umm, TIF of course. Even when I'm doing something that requires extra attention like Firemaking or Hunter, I still tend to log in because it makes the time pass faster.

Tif and farming.

Or where counterstrike is not applicable you can substitute any other console related game in which you have a microphone to verbally swear at other random online entities as is expected from a FPS with Mics.

MY game of choice in said example Halo 3, but that's just me.
