I guess its just the rush of finding everything in the ad as fast as possible and the 'every man for himself' attitude. Only day of the year I can empty out an unattended shopping cart and no one seems to have a problem with it. (Except the dude who's cart is was. Snatch and run I say)

But usually its fairly close to even make a huge difference. 1 Canadian dollar = 0.813339 U.S. dollars so every dollar i spend i lose twenty cents on compared to when the dollar was even. its better than it was the last time i checked. i thought it was worse.

All currencies I've heard of are making a small comeback against the USD, but yeah, most took a severe beating this last year. The pound is still 25% down from its peak at around $2:£1.
