Lowest Level to Complete Grandmaster Quest?

I actually haven't seen anyone with the quest cape since WGS came out.

I'm curious...to those who have said this boss was easy, have you tried your hand at the fight caves?

 

 

 

I've never been there, so I was unfamiliar with the whole 'prayer switching' thing. I found the Balance Elemental quite difficult until I nailed that tactic, then it was a walk in the park.

 

 

 

If there was less time between switching prayers, it would've been a much more challenging fight. Or if it didn't provide 100% protection, our prayers, against his attacks..

I haven't done the quest (and obviously not faught the boss yet), but reading the description and talking to people about it, Jad was the first thing that popped into my head. That fight cave experience, I'm sure has come in handy for a bunch of different people.

 

 

 

Still possible w/o ever doing caves of course, but I'm sure it helped.

cant you use a super set and complete it without the cb level?

the bosses were too easy, prayer switching was really easy for me too and I haven't even been to fight caves.

I didn't even bother prayer switching, and it was still easy. Granted, I'm maxed melees, but still.

Yeah lowest possible should be 85 cause of dream mentor. But I think I did see a post on the official forums of a level 89 doing it lemme see if I can dig it up

There are level 85s with quest cape now, that is the lowest.

Yeah the boss in dream mentor is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY harder than the boss for WGS.

 

 

 

Was kinda a let down.

Same, I just went in there with protect melee and karils. I ate 2 sharks, that's it. I guess I was somehow lucky.

I don't know about all those other ppl that the others claimed to have seen. The lowest level I saw who completed the quest was the last time I looked in the mirror... :

You could have it at a f2p level of less than 85, Because Dream mentor was out before summoning. I'm sure it could be slightly confused if a level 75 with 70 summoning comes along... but could they do it? Maybe an ancients pure that did rock lobs for a while... Or maybe I'm just rambling...

 

 

 

I'll be level 100 when I do it, still 4 more farming levels and 6 more Herblore :wall:

I was extremely dissapointed about the easiness of the boss. I swear, there are probably dozens of 85s still out there with qp capes. It's just ridiculous. You shouldn't have completed a "grand master" quest and be 85.
