What about getting an accumulating range cape? It would be almost the same as the cape in Soul Wars, but it would still have the same design. Don't know if this has been mentioned before. If you mean should you use skill cape or accumilator, i say accumilator unless you wanna show off. I thought accumulating range cape only worked in soul wars. I don't see why the other capes should have a "unique" bonus. The ranged cape doesn't allow you to pick up your bolts/arrows. Should the herblore cape provide free limpwurt roots? Should the magic cape allow your runes to return for you? There isn't any item that goes in the cape slot that returns your runes to you. But I see what he's trying to say now, I guess. The herblore example is a little much, don't you think? No, he wants the ranging cape to collect amunition, not give it the stats of the accumulator. Did you even read the first post? I think it should be allowed and I support it. The only issue I can see is that people with say "Why can't I/We combine x cape with y achievement cape".
