Likely not the whole skill (just like most f2p skills have a lot of p2p stuff later), but I can see it fitting easy as most pickpocketable people are already in f2p zones, as well as the majority of trees. I'm not talking about a quest like Hazeel Cult. I mean like a master or even grandmaster quest, where the 'split' between different paths occurs very early. One of the things I like about runescape is that you don't have to choose because when you choose then you would probably get different rewards in the end.
