Whenever there's more than one person at the same exact spot (same exact square), what determines who is on top; or who you see? I know that your character is always on top no matter what, but what about two other people? Is it the combat level, total level, or is it just completely random? This actually seems like a logical explanation. Cause it's not always the higher combat, and I doubt it goes by total level. And saying that it's whoever is there first doesn't always apply, so I think this might actually be part of it. I always assumed it was the person that got there first, it certainly isnt the highest cb player nor the last person that got there, but for now i'll have to go with this as most probable: I think it was the first person to load the area, from what I seen, the people who have been somewhere all day are on top, and even if they move they will still be on top as long as they stay in the same loaded region of the map.
