I think it was them who made the Jew jokes - he got upset with it and so he flooded them, receiving a ban. If that's the case, I think you still deserve punishment but the ones who were making the jokes should be banned as well.

This upset him, and to get revenge on the people, he used a program to flood the server that they were playing on so that they couldn't play for a while. He was then banned for doing so, and his IP adress was reported, and now he fears that legal action may be taken against him possibly?
