June 11, 200917 yr the other options would be a d scimmy defender combo Ive heard about the obby sword and obsidian necklace but Im not familiar with the specifics of using that sara sword is of course the best choice for pure strength training; whip on controlled is probably better overall Orthodoxy is unconciousnessthe only ones who should kill are those who are prepared to be killed.

Of course, this will take some patience, as the exp will go up slower. If you want to train strenght only, without also upping attack and defence, use dragon scimitar. It's quick and cheap.
