Enzock
First off: keep it on topic. If you've got issues with another clan, go talk to them about it in private. This thread--this forum--is not the place to carry out petty arguments. IA IS nothing with out top clans helping them with full force like Divine Forces full mass up and Eos And more people from other clans so its like DK vs Clan world. Well that's the whole idea behind an alliance isn't it? That argument isn't really...a negative one. In fact, I think it's a good thing that big clans, who are normally at eachothers throats, are working together in this. And in the meantime, people from smaller clans are getting vaulable experience while still helping the cause. It's a win-win in my book, unless you're NH to begin with. Will IA last forever? Of course not. But while they're at it, you can go and have fun wiping out people who destroy legitimate fights, who sacrifice the community's enjoyment for their own selfish needs. Well its just a game i don't see Crashing being NH at all first of all i don't even believe in NH Bs its a game some people find crashing being fun some don't. yes its great experience for little clans to go out and team with others on a clan but thing is that when ever try go have PVp war Dk will be right there to crash them , just watch At TRWF , TR , RE , Nbk when there Next pvp war will be Im positive it will be crashed . Well Im Vr retired Member If you were wondering :D Good luck clans who is Helping IA : It's just a game but the fact that it's online doesn't change anything, there are humans playing the game who you are required as a member of civilised society to show a decent level of respect to. I'm quite sure that if I was playing football with with some friends you wouldn't run in with a couple of buddies, steal our ball, beat a few of us up and then run off laughing. There are people who do act like that in real life, but they are social outcasts who not only are viewed highly negatively but are deemed officially unacceptable by society and are punished by criminal law. Runescape is governed by the same principles: crashing fights is conciously and willingly ruining the fun of others for your own enjoyment and possibly (virtual) financial gain. There is no police in runescape, jagex do ban people but only for the most serious of offenses and even then a large number of rule breakers get away unpunished. Independant Alliance, however, is a kind of vigilante force doing the work of online-police, standing up for those who have had their fun ruined by clans like Dk, Zh and VR and preventing them from doing any more damage to the community. Whether you believe in calling something 'honour' or 'no honour' is basically irrelevant. You can name it what you want or not name it at all, but that basic level of respect which we each require from another person in order to respect them back is lacking when you crash fights, and that is what I could call 'honour' on runescape. Crashing fights for your own selfish needs, as ninane accurately put it, is a total lack of honour. Jagex themselves agree on this terminology when they renamed their offenses towards other players 'honour offenses' in the new report system in-game. I think you are probably right that DK will try to fight back by crashing the members of IA even more, recognising that they aren't strong enough to take on the entire alliance and so instead targetting individual member clans. However, the alliance is comprised not only of smaller level clans but also the very top of the clan world such as Divine Forces, Damage Inc, Echo of Silence and even my own clan Corruption joined officially a few days ago. Dk may have grown in numbers from their recent merge but they haven't truly grown stronger as their joining with Vr and ZH was already happening. No clan will accept a fight with DK, they are riddled with spies, their members are inexperienced and their leadership is sub par. All they can do and all they will do is attempt to crash fights, and while they may succeed every now and then in disrupting a fight this will grow more and more infrequent as IA strengthens. DK has closed/reopened/merged several times already in its short history and I forsee this being forced again very soon. At every fight I've been to with IA, the no honour clans have been pushed from the fight in under 10 minutes. The attention they are getting might feel great, a lot of people have such messed up heads that even the negative attention online feels good to them, but I'm sure it's just a matter of time until it gets very very boring indeed to go out, fail in your goals and die every single day. Thanks for the wishes of luck but we don't need it :) we have right on our side. Proud Leader of the Corruption Clan. PM me to set up a fight or for any queries relating to my clan. Like i said Games Are made to Have Fun on ,every has there own ways to having fun . Im sure All Dk crashes and Vr crashes have reason why they did it , because most of those clans FLAME THEM ON RSC TOPICS? shouldn't that be a good reason for crashing those clans? Kimberly
RSC didn't make the 'rules' you're referring to. The community as a whole did, way before RSC was even a blip on the fansite map.
obfuscator
Well said Enzock and Ninane. Sparze, no one has ever tried to claim that RSC is the be all and end all of clan ruling. As Enzock said, honour and no honour are based on certain moral principles that apply in real life as well as in runescape. Just as criminals may find it "fun" or enjoy robbing a bank, VR/DK may find it fun to crash fights but will pay in the end. Beckingham
As sad as it makes me...I actually have to somewhat agree with sparze. I've been killed a couple times by Dk in my day and I was pissed afterwards.I've fought against them in CWA as part of an "alliance" (I guess you could call it that...). But never once have I thought "wow, it would be nice if these guys didn't exist anymore". Dk and Vr add a little spice to a clan world that seems to be lacking it of late. A bunch of you are running around right now having the time of your lives fighting with Ia, something that will be gone as soon as NH clans are. So before you decide to run NH clans completely out of town, just think about how much fun these pitched fights are. Nobody liked it when there was no Wildy, and I suspect that few people will like it if Dk disappears for the same reason: no thrill. I hope your not serious, there would still be plenty of thrill. And that "spice" your talking about, is clans not being able to have a normal, neat, clean clan fight in the wilderness because it gets crashed by dk and they have to nullify it, or it affects the result. Not to mention it ruins the fun, wastes all the effort, the preparation, the time, etc, of the crashed clans. I have to agree with beckingham to a certain extent here. NH clans DO spice up wars, and just think about how much fun Tip.it vs. Corr was just because VR tried crashing. Just think of NH clans as highway men, in real life they'd be punished severely and hated by the rest of the community, but a pvp tends to have a bit more fun when you hear someone scream out "Oh (bleep), DK!". Tbh, not everyone will agree with me, but I know some will.

True_Ownage
Having a war crashed IS part of the PVP experience. There's no doubt that every clan has had at least 1 war crashed. But it's not exciting to have a war crashed, and although Beck is right saying it would be weird without DK, they have to be ridden of. You see Sparze, it's the frequency this NH group of clans decide to crash, literally every day they used to crash something or another. This is why IA was made, a team of new, old, big and small clans who had been crashed by NH who wanted some vengeance, as well as some free r00n. IA is doing it's job as there's less crashing and less DK opts. You talk about it being fun crashing fights and what not, but it's actually fun hearing of you being hunted down and being killed, something that I'm gunna start participating in even if it means sacrificing 10-20 rune sets or more which is merely peanuts to me. generaldesor
Dece, sure it adds some sort of, special "thrill" if you want to call it by that, but after being crashed and crashed and crashed, the "thrill" is loss, and what you get is that you cant have a clean fight with anyone or any type of war because it will get ruined by dk, so what this crash-clans end up doing is [bleep]ing up the small-med size clans very bad, sometimes even the top, and it spoils the game for everyone. No one enjoys getting crashed. I doubt anyone likes it. Not to mention crashing also twistes up the end-result of a war. Since this DK/Zh alliance have been causing so much chaos, IA is the retribution from all these people that are fed up of their crashing and most of all, their disrespect and rudeness, its the resistance , the bullyed and crashed rebelling and saying no more, the "anticrash" if you can call it that way. Some unwritten rules are there for the simple reason that they help EVERYONE enjoy pvping MORE ,without getting their fun ruined. That way you know that no one will ruin your fun, if you dont ruin the one of the others. To be honest, this is a balance triangle. If one gets too strong, the whole thing falls in chaos. This DK/ZH alliance proves this. However, as I said, the whole thing will fall into chaos if IA becomes too strong. If they do, DK/ZH would have a chance to close down. Where's the spice now? And again, I know some people will be happy of this.
Beckingham
People seem to have forgotten the most important part of the Wildy: IT'S NOT SAFE. If you want a nice clean war that can't be messed with then use CWA, thats what it's for. It seems ridiculous to assume that its your "right" to have perfectly clean fights in the Wildy. generaldesor
wilderness can be as dangerous as you want it to be , without having to ruin others peoples fun /time /effort if theres an official war between 2 clans, It would be really selfish from one-self to go and ruin it. Beckingham u still lose ur items, u still got pkris pk trips etc where you can crash fights because is not like you planned on versing another clan but your out for anything, think about it this way, there are many sports that are dangerous, boxing for example but even it got its rules , so that the rivals life is not at risk, when a med-size clan gets crashed on every fight they try to make, their life is being ruined, so in a kind of mercy and mutual respect yo dont crash their fights as long as they dont do the same with you. Yes it would be "safer" but it would still be very dangerous and enjoyable imo. I agree with you guys that there has to be a point when you cant be so merciful but the other way around , because is the wilderness... but , I dont see how being a clan specificly dedicated to crash wars and ruin the other people fights/fun is right. person who won the most awards: GeneraldesorRETIRED
Beckingham
If you dont want to be crashed use CWA, you can even make it so you lose your items, that way it's still fun. Don't complain about being crashed when there's a perfectly good alternative. It also seems to me like all Ia does is crash things...so much for the moral high-ground. generaldesor
cwa u can lose , but not win. also remember the 100 cap. not to mention PVP got way better warring spots, way more freedom (free-to-roam) and no hour cap or kills cap etc,and requires you to be more skilled, and its overall more dificult to return, to tank, etc it outweights Cwa for many reasons. Crashing a good alternative for what? PKing? well , offcourse, because you got two clans fighting and focusing on themselves, but normal pking/warring would be better, you wouldnt have 2 clans piling you+the clans ACing. person who won the most awards: GeneraldesorRETIRED

I can tell you at least one instance where two clans fought a time capped pkri in the old wild, yet the only reason one clan won against the other was because they could simply return faster. The other clan was dropping them like flies. You'd say that the other clan was more skilled, yes? But by PvP standards, the original clan won. This wouldn't be the same in Clan Wars Arena, when you have the ability to measure kills over time. Both places have their pros and cons. If CWA had a Tree to Tree map, or something similar, would people still hate it? That's where 90% of the pkris are fought anyway.

Kimberly
You can lose items, you just can't loot. But really, how often do you get kills in a big pkri? I get maybe 1 or two. It's not worth weighing me down just to pick up 50k of junk. And corrupt weaponry is so uncommon that it's not even worth factoring in. Looting isn't as big a deal as everyone thinks. The "IA" is made for all the noobs who cant go out pvp with there clans and Flame NH clans on Fan site forums for runescape. they get chance all them to go hop in with big clans to fight them off, I don't think IA will last long.
