And for some reason, that is affecting their popularity and culture since they haven't been 'shutting down nh whenever it strikes'. Nonetheless, alot of rumors fly by, such as one where IA is acting up by 'closing' down and striking when everyone least expects. I don't see the point, but should be a good laugh too.
